I've thought about joining the marines before, and found this website I while back. Anyway, today is workout day, this is a 5 day workout, school starts in about 10 days, and I'm skinny as can be.

The downside is that some of this I can't do because I don't have an incline bench or bar for chinups/pullups, etc. I also only have one "heavy weight" dumbbell, which I could turn into two by reducing weight but I know that wouldn't be optimal. So what do you think of this workout?

P.S: I know I won't get big in 5 days but I think this would be a good start.

Fourteen years old... No offence mate, but you should be out enjoying your teenage years, not spending time on this forum. Up to you, though.

social leaper:maybe though I personally believe the body can handle working the abs everyday (well not every day, but consecutively). I mean US marines do cardio everyday except for sunday I believe and their in tip top shape. Plus I used to do cardio every day (not as intense as it could have been) but you get the point

Stryker: yeah I try to get out of the house more now instead of staying inside by myself listening to music and playing video games like I usually do.

They can handle it because they've done years of conditioning.
Honestly, this workout looks like this guy just threw to together as many exercises as he could think of and is using ridiculous rep ranges. Join a gym with a squat rack, do starting strength or Stronglifts. They'll be far more beneficial.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

A 5-day workout will do absolutely nothing, especially if you are already skinny. This is not a workout that is made for gaining muscle, and this is not any sort of official Marine workout. This is just something that the guy threw together.
