I have three sisters and no brothers. Combine that with a domineering unstable mother and a largely absentee father and you can get an idea of why I'm here. Happy to say thought that mom has simmered down over the years and now I'm her "good boy", LOL.

Good question as I always wondered if having a sister would help me understand women better. I doubt it. Never understood my female cousins.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

My sister is great to discuss women with.
She pulls no punches and lets me have it when I need it.

She doesn't agree with my pump-n-dump lifestyle and usually takes the girls' side when I ask for advice but she's usually spot on.
She's a champ.

Mine is the exact same way. She even finds girls for me. Kinda helpful haha

I feel like having my sister and her friends around all of the time growing up made me less of a "DJ", but it helped me in other aspects. I ended up with too much of a romantic and white knight mentality, but it made me comfortable around attractive women (damn she has some hot friends..). I guess I would rather it be that way than the opposite though.

Birth order makes a difference. First borns tend to be conservative, later borns tend to be progressively more liberal, because first borns have the closet relationship with their parents, whereas later borns are more distant and may be raised by their siblings. My older sister is a condescending bïtch, and my younger sister is cool.

I have one...

to add to the question:

How would you feel if a guy was doing (what you do to girls) to your sister?

When in doubt, I always ask myself that question.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Is there a meaning behind asking this?
Not particularly, just curious as to whether the guys on here had contact with girls in their home environment growing up.

I was wondering whether there would be a trend of

1. Lots of guys not having sisters and hence they didn't have much contact with women their age at home growing up so came to this site for guidance

or whether there is a combination of both
