    I wouldn't recommend going further than parallel, it takes too much stress off your legs and puts it on your lower back. Not a good idea. Dont do behind the back curls.. ever. They are pretty much pointless considering the damage you're doing to your rotator cuffs. Neo some good advice...

    Get a cardio routine going and slowly add weight training. If you're nutrition is in order you'll gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
