Sounds good. Might be worth considering switching running with lane swimming.
Running wears out your joints and swimming is one of the the most joint friendly forms of exercise there is.
There is more resistance moving through water than air so you have to do more work and you use practically...
Thanks for the responses guys. I asked because I have no more than 4 available gym days on any given week, sometimes only 3 so I was wondereing how to fit everything in.

day 1: back and triceps finishing with forearms
day 2: chest and biceps finishing with forearms

Yeah really. Girls smile at me all the time (girls with boyfriends) and it means fvck all. I'd rather they had sex with me, they never do that.
Don't get me wrong I mildly like when they smile at me but I' enjoy sex with them a whole lot more.

Bicep:
EZ bar curls
hammer curls (plus brachialis)
Bicep and back:
weighted chin ups
barbell row or 1 arm dumbell row
back and forearms:
weighted pull up
deadlift
farmers carries
Forearms:
resistance band wrist curls (just to finish off)
Do you have 1 day which is purely back and another day which is purely arm?
Or do you do back and bicep (and inevitably forearms) on the same day and leave triceps for a different day?

I'm not sure you should consider it stubborness although that is of course your choice.
But If my perception of the world had changed in seconds by you suggesting a smiley face was a bow and arrow would that not make me a pretty weak individual that my perception of reality can be so easily...
