You made the plan, you should've texted her to confirm and then to meet. You shouldn't be having these stupid conversations aside from responding to her if she contacts you.

Couple that with the fact that you set up a date at like 3:30PM and you're asking us how to move in the direction of sex...you posted this a few hours ago so I'm assuming you either already went on/she flaked on/are in the middle of this "date".
