In terms of the US Congress, I don't think that there are any MGTOW/incels in the US Congress.
Lindsey Graham, Tim Scott, and Cory Booker are the closest.
Lindsey Graham is 68, never married, no children. He has been a US Senator since 2003 and was in the US House from 1995-2003. He claims to have had a few girlfriends lifetime, including nearly marrying a flight attendant in Europe decades ago. There have been rumors that he is gay as well.
Tim Scott is 58 and a lifelong bachelor. He was a virgin into his 30s. He currently has a 47 year old single mom girlfriend.
Sen. Tim Scott is engaged to be married — months after he and his mystery girlfriend went public following intense speculation and growing curiosity about the Republican’s love life.

Cory Booker is 54 and never married but did have a high profile girlfriend in actress Rosario Dawson from 2019-2022.
All 3 ran for President at some point.
Graham ran for President in the 2016 election cycle and dropped out before the first caucus/primary in late 2015. Scott ran for President in 2024 cycle and dropped out before the first caucus/primary in late 2023. Booker ran for President in the 2020 cycle and also dropped out before the first caucus/primary in January 2020.
This is becoming a more common sentiment. Pearl of JustPearlyThings has said the same thing. There's been more welfare and more irresponsible government spending since women gained the right to vote.
I don't oppose women having the right to vote. However, women's power has grown far too much since they earned the right to vote.
History.com also had an article that women weren't fully free to vote until the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
Despite the adoption of the 19th Amendment, many women of color, immigrant women and poorer women continued to face barriers at the polls.
