You are still young. Be patient and keep improving. I met my current gf at 34/35 and I like her more than all my previous LTRs combined.

I left the US a few months ago because I couldn’t stand the environment any longer. I was bouncing around between different ****ty jobs and eventually landed a remote English teaching gig which allowed me to finally take the plunge and travel for a longer period.

My experience has given me the impression that the grass is not greener when it comes to relationships. I’ve spent most of my time so far in Eastern Europe (although I’m currently in Portugal because of the weather), and honestly I haven’t really connected with anyone. I thought maybe I’d start dating a bit more out here but instead I’ve been isolating. I’ve stayed in hostels, tried to put myself out there with online meetups, etc, and haven’t gotten much out of any of it. The “dates” I’ve been on have been garbage. I don’t understand the weird fetish men have about euro women now.

I’ve met a few cool people who I keep up with on instagram, but generally my social life hasn’t improved much. I’m just starting to think I need to get used to being on my own and ditch my dumb fantasy about connecting with the opposite sex meaningfully.
How is it a dumb fantasy when you aren't even trying?

Female rejection is not good for male mental health. Female rejection often leads to over consumption of porn, and simping on Instagram and OnlyFans.

Also, ex-patting from the US to Eastern Europe, Asia, or Latin America doesn't always work as intended.

Nope, and don't care to. Superstitions aren't up my alley. :(
Lolz who wrote the bible then? Do you even know what a subcreator is? Think about it - if you ran a major organization, would you do everything yourself or would you hire/train/create managers under you?

This.

It's normal we are looking for answers , even without knowing the exact question, if that makes sense.

Right now you are a tourist. Viewing a part of the world most people will never see. Tays a amazing experience and you should see it like that.

Women in Latin cultures are not necessarily easier than western women. At the end of the day Pssy is pssy no matter the colour or culture it's in.

If your mission is to connect, then go on and connect. Discover this new world . Shake hands make friends . Ditch looking for " the one ", just have fun over there. Learn the language (if needed) ,find other travelers to connect with .
Women in Latin Americans are more laid back and friendlier though right? He is talking about making a connection not just getting laid.

You need to start EscortMaxxing. Oh, and don't stay in hostels; stay in a regular apartment, which you should be able to get on a 6-month or so lease.

Are you short? Ugly? Bald?

The REAL Bible? I did. See my sig.
A lot of people can codify their own personal religion for use by others if so inclined. Not saying that what you've done isn't impressive, but it's philosophy not creationism. Unless you've created sentient and soul-filled species, have terraformed planets, or were personally visited by extraterrestrials or advanced spiritual beings, it's philosophy.

And Yahweh is an @sshole.

Was your "Holy Instruction" at least inspired by preternatural events?

Also, you define altruism as deserving of compensation supportive of an "ideal lifestyle". Lol, sounds more like Joel Osteen that Jesus. But easier to recruit people though I suppose.

Again, ask why the God of the Bible seems schizophrenic. It's much easier to reconcile his behavior if you assume more there is more than one "God" referenced. Less cognitive dissonance to be burdened with, no?

Yeah, I know, it's just Philosophy, but doesn't calling it a Religion sound so much cooler??

My Holy Book was written in a psych ward in 2020. Too cool, huh? I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

Why are you derailing this thread about a man with 0 charm, charisma or confidence… to spew satanic bile and lies about the Bible? Can’t you worship Satan in peace and quiet or just wait to go to hell to chill with your pagan friends? Nobody wants to hear it here.

Why do you assume that I have “0 charm, charisma or confidence?”

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

No, looks are not the problem here. It’s how I perceive things.

My friend, you come all the way from the US which is the polar opposite to the mentality of Eastern Europe. First things first:

1) If you don't speak the language, you are ****ed. You are already considered as outsider, prove them wrong by knowing their culture and language. You are part of the tribe if you can spiritually connect with people which you always do through language. It does not matter if there are people who speak English fluently there, it is not the language that is imparted to them by their mothers.

2) Social circle is everything there. This builds upon the language aspect. When you talk the respective language to an advanced to fluent level you already understand the mentality. Through that you connect with the people. You have to have a purpose and connect with people accordingly. Being gregarious and not a sperg is a standard here despite the cold front certain people put up. Imagine Eastern Europe is like the Middle Ages with electricity. People here don't take life so seriously, they enjoy their lives and this is why you see them happier despite their earning less than in Western Europe. Now don't misunderstand me, they take certain aspects in life seriously such as finances, family and stability, but they are not as rigid and formulaic about it as the Western mind.

3) Quality girls usually don't speak English on a good level. For long-term prospects you have to look out for girls who don't have Western poison in their brains, which they can access easily once they have English down to a good level.

4) Stay in one place to build connections and a circle. If you are always traveling around and have no money and/or friends to show for you are seen as a loser. You going to Portugal just because you cannot handle the winter shows your lack of commitment. Why go all the way to EE which is known for its cold Winters just to cuck out when it is Winter season? I recommend to choose a medium sized or small city to settle. There everybody will know you and with time you will know them. You can less rely on your English and feel forced to learn the native tongue quick. In a metropolis/capital you can come by with English just fine but due to size you won't build lasting connections let alone feel the pressure to adapt quickly.

5) The fastest and best way to meet quality people is to join a sports club (male-dominated), go to the local church once (or more) during the week, events hosted by your company etc. Here office and work culture is vastly different. There is no division between work and private life. Your colleagues here are like extended family, even as foreigner you are welcomed warmly and treated as such the whole time because you are part of the tribe. Tribal mentality is a big deal here so you have to go to places where you see the same people over and over, but make sure it is not low-class criminal or gypsy-tier scum.

Last but not least: stop being such a ****ing pu$$y posting here. Spend as little time in front of the screen as possible. When you don't work, go out and stay out from morning until evening. I don't give a damn if it is cold out there or not, buy a jacket and military boots and stay outside for 4, 6 or 10 hours. Don't stay at home and be autistic.

Stop doing stuff to attract other people and do stuff that YOU want to do. Go to social meetups, go to sporting meetups and do activities that excite you. People will follow. Rock climbing is always good, along with tennis, racquet ball, soccer, etc. Perhaps joining a men's or social club would be something to consider as well.

Because if you had any charm, charisma and confidence you would be making friends easily, you would have infiltrated a friendship group by now, you would have had some successful OLDs and have some plates to spin and places for them to take you and “show you around”.

Stop living in delusion, you’re not that guy, start working towards becoming that guy.

This isn’t Bible study dude. Your morals are your own.
You will find people here aggressively against cocaine, hookers and other things people do in the real world. Don’t forget most people here don’t venture out in the world properly hence they’re here.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.
