I don't know too much about Gen Z as an early Millennial. The oldest Gen Z's are 24. A good portion of Gen Z (1997-2012) are still under 18.

This in a sense automatically pedestalises women according to how attractive they are.

I say, screw the looks. See what how a woman regardless of her looks can help you grow or help you get closer to your goal/mission in life.

There is no point in arguing with people like him because they will always take the position where what they says sounds "alpha" to the less experienced (something they think an alpha would say).
