In real life, you could make a joke about your occupation. In text on Bumble, probably not, but you could use a line like drone or cubicle monkey that's generic and identifiable.

Most men have boring jobs, but especially white collar men. I can identify with the attempt to answer the question in a sexier way but that's going to fall flat in text with no context.

I saw this as her asking a pretty innocent and common ice-breaker question, and you getting weird about it.

I like the ass model line, I used to use it a lot myself followed up with “you know the tent scene in Brokeback Mountain? That was me.”

I think this would have clearly conveyed humorous intent, and not come off as awkward and flippant.

the whole conversation seemed pretty awkward for some reason i cannot explain, it wasnt too bad tho except the calling her baby too quickly , but even i do that sometimes too.

for some reasonn i feel like her bringing up working all weekend was almost like something she said to stop you from asking her out.
