Getting jacked/ripped would eliminate 85% of the problems on this forum..

Many good points brought up in response to Cola's post, but IMO, I lean toward Cola's assertion from my experiences but with several caveats. When a muscular man walks in a room it's noticed a lot quicker than his Rolex watch or the smell of his cologne. It grabs women's attention the fastest at which time they start making other assessments. These assessments can be positive or negative or indifferent based on their situation. I.e. low self esteem, high self esteem, availability, mental note for later fantasy flicking the bean, menstrual cycle etc etc. The caveats are, is he walking and talking confidently like he has other things going on. Is he stylishly dressed with good hygiene. Is he approachable etc. This isn't directed toward any person here, as many have different views for different reasons, but I'm 53 and have been accused of steroid use on more than one occasion by insecure people who felt the need to give themselves a pass for not achieving a results they deep down wish they could. It's easier to blame others and say some things are out of their control to feel better about shirking their own responsibility. I'm here to tell you that physically most men never come close to maximizing their own genetic capabilities. No I don't use PEDs. I'll take it as a compliment though. But really, it tells me more about you (if this applies) than me.
I can see why people assume that. You have incredible shoulders.
What about you cola? Do you have a recent picture?

We all know that’s false. You can get jacked without steroids. Obviously, we all have our genetic limits, but with proper nutrition and lifting heavy AF most people can get pretty dam swole.
I am jacked.. Never touched a steroid in my life. What does it take to get jacked? Less excuses & more grind.

It's a slow lengthy process getting jacked, for some it will take YEARS however the end result is worth it.

If your living in a first world country, there are no excuses!

You can indeed get jacked for being a natural, especially if you have deceptive size from being fat in the right places. But you wont compete with people who take steroids, and that's who im sure people have in mind when they read threads like this. You wont look like a fitness model or pro athlete unless you take the same drugs they do.

I know that's not what some of you guys reading this, at least younger guys, want to believe. Anything is possible if you believe in it... get your beauty sleep, broccoli and eggs... put in the "hard work and dedication"... you'll get as swole as the fitness models and pro athletes who insist theyre all natural, and women will flock to you... unfortunately that's fantasy, not reality.

This is here is a bunch of EXCUSES... You can absolutely get Jacked with zero steroid use.

Time & commitment & sacrifice is all that is required.. Which is what some of you are afraid of. The work!!

This gymcel notion is generally pushed by dudes who lack motivation to improve themselves & will latch onto anything & everything in order to get out of hitting the gym. Why? Because it's hard fuking work & requires long term sacrifice.

Lifting should be about self improvement & better health & gaining massive confidence.

So what if you don't get any puzzy? Do it for yourself to be a stronger confident man.

Those who keep pushing the gymcel narrative, are the type of guy that will only lift a finger if there is the reward of sex at the end of it.. Not because they want to self improve

Only one thing matters in fighting....training and experience. A small guy well trained in just about any decent martial art can rag doll / knockout guys much bigger than him.
Martial arts skills are overestimated when it comes to streetfighting.

While for sure it is beneficial when a man knows how to throw punches and low-kicks, a lot of techniques are useless in an uncontrolled environment aka streetfight.

The jacked 220 lbs guy will just steamroll over the 150 lbs whatever blackbelt.

Just like the 170 lbs sportive man will steamroll over the 110 lbs whatever blackbelt woman.

Martial arts skills are overestimated when it comes to streetfighting.

While for sure it is beneficial when a man knows how to throw punches and low-kicks, a lot of techniques are useless in an uncontrolled environment aka streetfight.

The jacked 220 lbs guy will just steamroll over the 150 lbs whatever blackbelt.

Just like the 170 lbs sportive man will steamroll over the 110 lbs whatever blackbelt woman.
I think grappling skills are more useful. disciplines like some variation of Jiu Jitsu.

Grappling has its uses to, off course, brasillian jiu jitsu is quite popular for a reason.
What you dont want is ending up grappling on the ground with a guy, while his friend is kicking your head in.
In a streetfight, never go to the ground.

I hit the gym at 4:40 every morning and stay until 5:10. 30 minutes of HIIT, 3 days a week. Swimming is 2 days a week. Rest the other 2 days.

I'm benching 335 and squatting 575. When I walk into a bar wearing a tank top, women turn their heads.

I'm not saying this to brag. I'm saying this to lend credence to @cola's OP. He's absolutely right.
similar here. wake up around 4ish most days and get 30-50 mins weight session in 5-6 times a week, plus a few runs right after. you do get used to training early and in my case, fasted. obviously if you're going to bed late, you're going to feel it, but I naturally only seem to need 6 hours sleep a night. once awake, I can't get back to sleep again.

best thing is never to get into a fight really as so much can happen in bars/nightclubs. Used to go out all the time in my 20's and get smashed, high etc and only had a couple and they could have easily been avoided. Some of my mates/aquinatances back then would regularly get in altercations for one reason or another.

I think if you're frequently getting into situations, you'd be better off addressing your behaviour.

Situational awareness is the most important skill. It will stop fights before they even start.

If you seriously train and do workout, you will radiate a "dont tread on me"-aura that keeps most **** out of your way unless you are actively looking for trouble.

It must be really easy where you live.. if all it took was working out, i would have been swimming in pvssy since almost a decade ago. Good location.
So you could be built out impeccably, dressed to the nines but where you live if your not part of the group you won't get no play?

There is a community of people that has invaded the manosphere, that would rather intellectually debate everything, as opposed to actually doing things.

I won't say the name, but it rhymes with Schmincel.
That's a whole bunch of people like that who post here frequently including myself. Stay in marginal or fvcked up situations and complain instead of going out and meeting new women.

As a bouncer, I can tell you first hand the two reasons that most fights start ..

1. being drunk acting silly and invading peoples personal space

2. Messing with a dudes girl ..

So stay arms length away from dudes you don’t know, respect people’s personal space and if a girl says she has a boyfriend leave it alone because he might be there in the crowd with his boys.
You’ll be good 99% of the time.

Streetfights just have too many variables. IMO the 150 lb blackbelt may have as good a shot as the 220 lb guy. Streetfights are always a little bit like rolling dice. Where problems arise is when the muscular guy over relies on his physical attributes or when the black belt over relies on his percieved fighting prowess. Either way, it's better to have strength and not need it than to need it and not have it. Same could also be said about fighting skills. All things being equal in fighting skills, physical prowess could be your ace in the hole. But then again, too many variables. Just as HOF/ UFC BJ Penn found out one evening. BJ Penn
