What I've noticed even just this weekend is my HIIT has shaped my body rather strangely now, though I'm not going for shape but for function, but.. My legs have gotten bigger, yet my waist and thereabouts smaller, but my arms and chest and upper body is still bigger/growing some. It's the gut section that looks really weird on me, that would also look weird to a woman who will inevitably see me naked over the course of 2020 (no, I'm not a flasher). I'm gonna keep doin what I'm doin, but if I don't develop a six pack or close to it, I think that I will continue to look 'odd' or warped bodily-wise. So starting from my toes and scanning upward it's muscular to skinny to muscular. Not liking it but I will continue on until I can get into a $6 a day gym near me. If I was younger, I may not be having this unshapely problem. I don't have the V, because the bottom of the V is not muscular so it doesn't count as attractive to the female eye. With clothes, yes.
