Bombard them with love and effection initialy.. Give them lots of attention... Then gradually take there drug away from them..
Once they are completely demoralised, you will get a good 10 or 15 years out of them.
Ding ding ding! You gotta slowly scale it back though. Start with something simple, like something you may have done before that she gushed over but next time she hints to it act oblivious. If she asks say no. If you REALLY want to earn 10 years of mind blowing sex here’s what you do. Be like any other guy she’s never met in the beginning, shower her with all that love and affection you mentioned. Now, suggest you two go out to a really busy bar or club one night, with or without friends, go up to the bar to order drinks and start talking to a girl or girls if they’re at the bar, just casual talk. Let her see that she could easily lose you because there’s other girls out there that will steal you away if she doesn’t act right. You have to practice this though to pull it off, don’t make it too obvious but she will be thinking “these skanks trying to talk to my man and take him away, I gotta step my game up!”

The thing about single moms is they have a built in excuse to keep communication with their ex just because they had a kid. However if YOU said you kept communication with your ex, she would throw a fit. All girls would. It’s a double standard, kid or not.

I wouldn't say he was blindsided exactly, he said he knew something was up.
Brother we have all been there and know what you mean. Hell, as much as I've learned about women and their ways in all my years, my ass still gets fooled! I fell for a girl couple years ago that worked at my gym but then she left and we crossed paths and started seeing each other. Anyways, I don't know how this girl managed to do it but I found myself catching feelings after the 2nd and 3rd date. I have gone on 5 dates with the same woman before AND STILL wasn't sure if I liked them or not. This girl had me tossing the Don Juan book out the window and I was flying blind. I know I did multiple things wrong like being "too nice" and all but when I say I thought this girl was different, I truly thought she was. Nope. She went silent BUT I was smart enough to let her ass go silent and not chase after her. I was hoping wed get to talk and maybe I could save face somehow, and straighten my ass up and step back some and clear my head about her. I didn't smother her when we dated, but I think I was unlike anyone shed ever dated (she said as much). I dunno, but it messed me up for awhile. When I say messed me up I was basically "if I can't trust her then who the fvck woman can I trust?" Answer, none of them! I could have the most beautiful girl walk by me and I'd turn my head on purpose and think "fvck her, I hope she trips". Or if some broad tried to talk to me in line or whatever, I'd do my best to avoid it and walk away. Wanted nothing to do with women at all. I finally got over it though but damn there really aren't any quality women left out there. I get tired of playing the game and constantly having to be on my toes around women. It gets old. It makes me age fast too.lol

Long distance is generally bad. But brother, let me tell you something. The red flags were probably there earlier on but you chose to put your head in the sand and ignore them. We've all been there. But this woman wasn't so smart that she was able to pull the rope-a-dope for 2 years.
The first moment you noticed interest dropping on her end, you should have immedietly started spinning plates again. No bs excuse on her end that she's "damaged" from her ex. You think if she was talking to Brad Pitt she would spew that bs? She would be on her best behavior and dot every i, cross every t.
Learn from this and move on, you'll be just fine.
I'm guilty as anyone about ignoring early warning signs sometimes, especially in my situation in my post above. Even Tom Brady throws interceptions and hes the damn GOAT! Every now and then you meet a girl that just captures you and you think "eh, fvck all those dumb rules about Alpha and Don Juan and all that crap, I'm just going to live in the moment". Then you get bit in the ass. These rules aren't foolproof but dang they will save you a ton of trouble!

Exactly this, sometimes we get caught in the moment and let emotions get in the way.
But in all honesty the only change I saw in her was in the last 6 months when we where not having sex as much.. Even I wasn't feeling it sex wise.
Most of the red flags popped up very sudden in the last 3 - 4 weeks.
We had a couple of arguments.. She mentioned about being scared of getting attached emotionally.. She had a drink, and let slip her EX has some power over her.
Last weekend we went out for the day and she didn't hold my hand for around and hour.. She usually does.. I knew that seemed odd, but I didn't give a fuk and just carried on. She then put her hand inside my pocket and grabbed my hand & held it..
That was a little odd.
99% of the distance I felt from her was in the last 3 days or so.. By which I started pulling back too and considered a preemptive dumping.
I need to watch there behaviour much closer in the future.
But maybe I should see this as a blessing too.. Even though I really liked this chick, another 4 years of long distance would never had worked out.
Rather now than later.
