1) Get platform shoes or inserts; will add three inches to your height. You appear a bit bloated and watery, not dry and lean. Your hands are a dead give a way of the extra water weight. This makes you appear shorter by a few inches.Anytime I go out to bars/clubs or I go to the gym/mall and see a cute girl my age, I automatically assume that she will want absolutely nothing to do with me UNLESS she approaches me first or gives me unmistakable signs of interest that lets me know she wants me. After that point, I feel very comfortable and become my normal charismatic self
If I don't get overwhelming signs of interest (which only happens from 33-36+ women and ugly fat pigs), I can't get myself to approach attractive women at bars/gyms without an extremely negative and defeated mindset. I automatically feel like they will not want to go out with me because I'm not insanely, impossibly perfect. In my head, any attractive 26 year old girl only wants a guy who is impossibly unbelievably perfect
I thought that success in other areas of my life would fix this problem because I've had it since I was 16 and no matter what the hell I do, I can't get over my extreme anxiety/defeatism with women. I've obsessively improved my looks, fashion sense, body, social skills, income level and lifestyle to unbelievable levels and I still can't make myself feel like I deserve a cute and quality 25 year old girl because I don't feel like I'm impossibly perfect.

By getting lean and dry, you will appear taller.
Ways to get leaner:
a) Carb and water load Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed. Carp and water deplete Thur, Fri, Sat.
b) If you are taking test, reduce weekly T injections by 25%, and spread daily subcutaneously;
c) If you are taking T, ensure you are taking a good anti-aromatizer;
d) If you are taking GH, lower the dosage (this can cause water retention);
d) If you are taking creatine, cut it out altogether;
e) Cardio 5 days per week 30 min, 4-4.5 mph.
Well muscled physiques can be problematic if you are shooting for 8-10s, IF you don't keep super lean during the attraction phase.
2) Your sleeves appear super short. Roll them up two fold for a clean overlap;
3) Your facial demeanor is not inviting nor sexual. Cheer up and have fun;
4) Your shoulder to waist ratio is not ideal. Widen your shoulders and dependent on your body fat % slim your waist. Your ideal bf should be 8-10%. You definitely don't appear to be in this range unless you're retaining a lot of water;
5) You have potential for a strong 8 if you follow these tips, which will open you up to women of all attractiveness.
