Cool.

Instant deal breaker.

Like I said, your criteria is nothing special among the women I date. And I date Hispanic women too. Different genetics; different culture; different upbringing.

Remember: IF you go to the desert looking for sand buyers, you're going to come up short and could blame the desert for being a terrible market and you would be correct, but who chose the market? Either way the onus falls on your research, due diligence, and decision-making process. Most businesses fail for providing specialized products before doing assiduous market research. How is this any different?

Now you know what market no longer serves your interests. Act accordingly.
Honestly an LTR isn't even something I desire anymore. If I run into a plate that's worth it then I will consider. I am going to date a variety of women going forward, but I in no means have any hope for finding anything special.

I think women in America in general just aren't worth more than sex and companionship when it's all over.

Either way, best attitude to have. Women try to lock down the man who wants to be free.

The problem that I have with LTRs is it breeds physical laziness, as your need to be your physically-looking best diminishes. Though, the advantage for me is I make more money, as I no longer have to focus or expend time on recycling women every few months, as my high sex drive demands to be surrounded by women.

Quid pro quo, either way.

That’s exactly the right attitude to have. I was just spinning plates with no expectation of an LTR.

Then went out one night for karaoke and met the woman I’ve been in an LTR with for a year and a half now.

Yes, because guys at the end of the day......we just talking about women here. To be honest, I think once a guy gets to a point where he can consistently attract women through dates and consistent a.ss, I think that's the PEAK or the TOP of this entire thing.

Finding some unicorn or some excellent LTR experience, I think is just some extra stuff.

To give you an analogy to paint the picture, it's like the business degree world. The MBA is honestly the PEAK or the TOP of the business degree acquisition ladder, getting the Business PhD or the Business DBA is honestly just some "extra stuff" that the vast majority of the time you did not need at all for non-academia related work.

What I NEED from women is sex and companionship. That's already being provided in a major way. What I DON'T NEED is someone to cook, or clean, or some magical "unicorn" that I can supposedly build deep lasting "trust" with. That's just some extra stuff I honestly don't need and I'm not about to stress myself out over it lol.

There's another thread on here at the moment about how modern women are hypergamous, even when in committed relationships, because of social media. If it is true that women are always looking for the better deal, why would a man become complacent in a LTR? Apparently he shouldn't be.

That’s the myth, the fallacy. That you can kick back and relax once you’re in a relationship.

You always have to be your best. You have to stay in your own frame with regard to hitting the gym and doing your own activities. Women with subtly try to get you to stay home and be a couch potato. You have to resist that pressure from your LTR.

Natural shift of focus.

Dating 100+ women a year is hard work:
  • 3 hours/week weight training
  • 3 hours/week cardio
  • Diet with little/no carbs except veggies/fruits, 200 grams or protein daily, and adequate fats
  • Keeping up with new style of clothes every few months
  • Bi-monthly visits to the dermatologist
  • Hair/Nail weekly maintenance
Among many other things.

In a relationship, you simply don't have the need to be that invested into your appearance. This does not mean you become a couch potato, but rather you may invest maybe 30% into the above, rather than 100%.

Bottom line, unless it's within your profession to look great, you are most definitely going to look your best single. Show me one example otherwise.

And I would also argue the root of most divorces and separations. You be the best man you can regardless of single or in an ltr. Many men lose sight of this.

When she whispers... "*** inside me". D9 you ***?
When she asks you to skip a gym day, what do you say?
When she wants you to change jobs, what do you say?

The answer to all of these and so much more is no! Now is there some flexibility? Sure, but you stick to your goals and do things on your terms and be reasonable, and you shall not falter. You consider what she says, but do not let it guide you.

I don't do the latter three whether I'm in a relationship or not (other than nail maintenance).
And the first three I do for myself, so they are whether I'm in a relationship or not.

I somehow doubt you spend three hours a week doing cardio with a diet restricted of carbs religiously while in a relation. Working out I can see.

I don't think three hours of cardio a week is that difficult to maintain.

Diet has always been a weak spot for me, so you might have me there. You named a very specific diet, so I answered what I thought was the spirit of the question. I go in phases. Sometimes I eat whatever I want, sometimes I go on very strict diets (I've tried a lot of different ones), sometimes I just try to steer my eating habits in a healthier direction. But the point is I do this whether or not I'm in a relationship. It's not all about impressing women, although that can be a powerful motivator :)

If your diet is that tight you don't need 3 hours of cardio. Especially if you're pushing yourself with squats and deads.

Dont think you know who you’re talking to.

Please share with us your method of unloading subcutaneous water stores for the weekend. Let’s see if you have any knowledge. Go ahead, I’m waiting.

Haha, you couldn’t even google the correct answer.

I stated subcutaneous water stores. Reducing sodium and increasing fiber works for the first week until the body adjusts.

There are only three other ways outside of diuretics:

1) Sodium loading and unloading/tapering off at wknd;
2) Water loading and unloading/tapering off at wknd;
3) Carb unloading and then loading Sat and Sun while you taper off water and sodium.

Cardio amplifies the above effect.

When you have veins popping out of your chest, we’ll chat a bit more about leanness techniques.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I just went to the source of most of my fitness knowledge.

My answer is that I don't care about water retention. I also don't get manicures.

Subcataneous water? Lol

You really have to wonder about a Dude who claims to be "like water" while worrying about cutting water.

Dude debates like a woman.

Flakes like a woman.

Gets cosmetic surgery like a woman.

Gets manicures like a woman.

Seeks attention online like a woman.

If it walks like a duck..
