You can date plenty of younger women at 30, they just don't full boyfriend zone you because they are insecure about it and it doesn't get them status and validation within their peer group, only individually.

Tbh most of us at 30 must "settle" for harems of hot but detached young women(women you couldn't get at other ages in any capacity unless you were somewhat talented anyway), women with baggage at the wall, gold diggers of all ages, or unicorn foreign women.

Exactly. I've found that every girl I meet who is 19 or older will jump at the chance to do a paid modeling assignment (I got the rate down to $250 which seems to drop with each model). This is close to the cost of the average date in the US ($180). Just give them something they can feel proud of and they are yours for the (potential) seducing. The idea is to get them into a situation where sex might happen. Avoid situations where it is guaranteed not to happen. My deal with women? "I won't make you promise to have sex, and you won't make me promise NOT to."

You want to know what else is a "strange but true" type of goldmine? Be an uber driver in a nice city or big college town...Jesus dude, you would not believe how ridiculously funny it is. I literally was not prepaired at all for how often I'd get hit on while doing this...oddly a great way to make friends/get dates.

I work on computer and camera technology (computer graphics). This process of photographing, cropping, adjusting and especially rating photos is completely related to my business (my accountant signed off on it). In fact, it was more useful than I imagined. I couldn't believe how much cropping improves a photos rating. I'm learning how to spot the real beauties and dismiss the ones who I know won't score high. I really saw my last model as the ideal booth babe for a software trade show, especially since she liked computers and was very well spoken.

Also, when you give a girl a job and force her to report it to the IRS, you create experience on her resume and yours, so it's win-win. When a beautiful young girl thinks of herself as a model and not a stripper it makes a huge difference in her life, enough to surprise you.

Finally, these days girls have tons of selfies, tons of bad photos and very few high quality photos of most women. You can make a woman immortal with the right photograph.

Of course I'm talking about the smart ones. Some are stupid and shallow enough to blow their opportunity to be with a high value man.

This is definitely a refreshing reprieve I needed. A recent relationship has sucked the life out of me and my self esteem.

The SMV graphs made famous by Rollo need some reading into them.

1) It is about potential SMV. Men can raise their SMV by working out, getting into positions of power, money (which is power), status, etc.

All of these things require time. You can't build a career in high school (well most people. The exceptions don't make the rule though). It takes longer than that. You can't get completely jacked in a year. It will take at least 2 of consistent hard work. Status and fame even in social circles is something that builds over time.

So when the graph says a man peaks around 30 or something, it actually means that is the rough time period that a man can actually get all of his sh!t together without being too old. If you didn't build power, didn't build career, didn't build your body, your SMV is might be worse than when you were younger.

2) Being older (and in a position of power) itself grants some SMV points.

In my part time job I am in charge of a lot of students ranging from middle school to high school, to early college. The amount of crushes girls have on me is kind of funny. They want to sit up close to me, they etch my name on tables, etc. And no I don't give them preferential treatment, in fact they get worse grades compared to the boys.

What part time job affords you the luxury of working as an educator whilst being at medical school? I'm genuinely curious as I'm studying physiotherapy but part time work besides bar tending can be hard to come by in Australia, especially education roles that require university certification.
