I am not trying to mock them for the fact they come in and tryAt my gym, that's about 90% of the membership lol. Women just do the treadmills and stair masters, aka "Cardio-Bunnies" and go home, The guys do what you described, but hey...at least they are getting out there 5 days week. Like they say, at least do 30 mins of activity a day if you've been sitting at a desk all week.
Some are just satisfied with weight loss and some definition
You'd see those rare 2 muscle-heads that grunt loudly and drop the deadlift weights.
but after like 6 months you think they would figure their routine isnt working and ask someone for some advice....
