I have been training like crazy over the last couple of years or so, and developed some good size and defenition..

What has really surprised me, is the amount of looks I am getting recently when I am out and about..

Woman didn't even used to notice me before.. but recently I have found they are more than just glancing at me, even when out with her boyfriend..

Plus guys notice you a hell of alot.. dudes are always sizing you up, and the amount of respect you get is amazing..

I tell you its a serious ego boost.. especially if you have recently come out of a relationship that has damaged your self esteem..

Hit those weighs guys.. lift like crazy.. i promise you will feel so much better!!

I have a general question.... or maybe two. @Infern0 @soulforge

I have been back working out solidly for about a month or two, doing a bit of a shredding regimen. It is noticeable but seems to be taking sweet time.

I spent the first 6 months of last year training hard, then had the basketball season from November-March, so dropped the gym pretty much completely (mistake, now realise).

The questions being:
-How long (consistently) did you train until you started noticing real results and thought that you were starting to take real shape and definition? One year, two years?
-What is the one aspect of gym work and / or diet that you can say has made the biggest impact on your gains?

I'm heading to the gym at 6am as I have M,W,F since December. It's only one hour with a physical trainer but he kicks my butt. Girls noticed results within one week. After one month my girlfriend started saying "I love you".

The expression I see on my girlfriend's face every time I take my shirt off makes it worth it. I just got a text from her at 4:02am that reads "I don't know if I've told you this, but I just wanted you to know how happy I am that you are in my life now". Before I started lifting she was disappearing for a week now and then, today was the 17th straight day she wrote to me.

Men need some daily form of physical toil of it's obvious to women we're not in shape.

For me i got results pretty quickly but i would say 6 months of solid training 5-6 times a week until i looked "well above average"

I started from a skinnyfat base and i cut for 4 months on intermittent fasting, added some muscle mass due to good noob gains (i was benching 225 at 165lb bodyweight)

Then i bulked and after 2 months i was 175 very lean but looked more like 190.

After 6 months progress was slow as i maxed my noob gains.

Biggest thing for gains is train properly.

I mean get on a good split that suits you (i did bro split) and track every lift and progressive overload.

I see SO many dudes at the gym with no routine or chit routine and they hardly ever up their weights and they look the same month after month.

If you arent adding more weight or more reps every single session for the first few months you are messing up.

Channel your excited feelings into positive thoughts and behaviors. You will attract women by being enthusiastic, radiating energy, and becoming someone who is fun to be around.

To give a couple of examples of how not to gym ill use two guys who are regulars at mine.

1) Captain Crunch

Captain crunch goes 5 nights a week, every night he goes straight to the weighted crunch machine and does about 10 sets of 20 reps, followed by some machine curls, a few lat pulldowns and occasional chest press.

Captain crunch looks like chit because hes about 18% bodyfat so will never see abs no matter how many crunches he does, and does ***** excercises for everything else.

2) Whistling Willie

Whistling willie comes also about 5 times a week, he does an ok split, but only pushes around 100lb on the bench and very light for everything else, he NEVER increases the weight.

Whistling willie takes about 10 seconds to do each rep with strict form and a weird whistling noise after each rep.

Whistling willie also looks like chit because hes 20% bodyfat, obviously doesnt understand nutrition and lifts little girl weight.

To answer your question.. try not to give yourself a target of years..

Make training and bodybuilding your lifestyle.. just as normal as you would get upto go to work in the morning or to go to bed at night..

Keeping fit MUST be your everyday lifestyle.. think long term here my friend..

You may get some very quick results.. or it may take longer.. genetics play a part in this too.

One thing I will say is this... you can train 7 days a week if you like... but if your diet, nutrition is not not on ball, you will not see many results..

If you want to gain size.. eat BIG train hard.. focus on technique, range.. train smart!!

Its not all about lifting heavy..

I've been lean and muscular since 2014. 6'2" shaved head.

In my experience having the DJ mindset and an exceptionally fit body intimidates people. Most rarely acknowledge it, and in my opinion, this is the way it SHOULD be. There's nothing safe or average or endearing about a well-muscled confident man.

I personally think most women love it, but they are too intimidated to handle me. I look fit and I don't pedestalize women.
I'm a bit confused by your attitude here mate?

Can you explain a bit further because you don't come off well in that post.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Yes, working out helps 100%, been there, done that.
Girls will notice that and screen you.
People will interact diffently with you.
Girls will be nice, flirty and submitly
Guys will be cool and friendly to you.
Im working out 5 days a week.
And yes, I take s....ids, i never made a mystery about it.
I trained many years without it, but now never without it.
Im not genetically preferred, skinny/fat if im lazy, I have to work my ass off to get results, so yes, I take them to be on a "better level" , natural training is a waste of time for me...

One thing which worked every fu..ing time, 100% success till now

-> Every time I added Trenbolone Acetate to my cycle, girls screened me extremely, they were horny for my ****..not for nothing its called "THE JUICE OF THE GODS"

but carefully with it, the sides can be harsh, its very strong, the dose makes the poison

Disagree. Espi makes perfect sense.

Is that you in your pic btw? Solid gains, if so. What are your stats?

Already lost 14 of body fat and seeing great definition in arms/abs/shoulders/pecs

Feeling much better about everything, keeps mind occupied, posture/walk has improved

Plus, lots of hotties at the gym to put things in perspective

Thank you :)

6'1" i think im only about 199 in that pic
You must have seen a massive increase in female attention.

I say this all the time.

If you're above 6 ft (maybe 6'2 these days) and jacked it's basically God Mode.

I actually believe that the taller you are, the higher the returns from going to the gym.

I have a very good body but at 5'9 and women melt when they see me shirtless but I will never have the same degree of universal appeal that someone like you has the potential to achieve.

Make good use of it brother!

At my gym, that's about 90% of the membership lol.

Most people at the gym are post-work guys/gals that do what they think gives them enough tone-age and activity to keep their numbers in check. They don't invest in protein work-out powders and strict regimands, but they do nominal amounts.

Women just do the treadmills and stair masters, aka "Cardio-Bunnies" and go home, The guys do what you described, but hey...at least they are getting out there 5 days week. Like they say, at least do 30 mins of activity a day if you've been sitting at a desk all week.

Some are just satisfied with weight loss and some definition

You'd see those rare 2 muscle-heads that grunt loudly and drop the deadlift weights.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
