At my gym, that's about 90% of the membership lol. Women just do the treadmills and stair masters, aka "Cardio-Bunnies" and go home, The guys do what you described, but hey...at least they are getting out there 5 days week. Like they say, at least do 30 mins of activity a day if you've been sitting at a desk all week.

Some are just satisfied with weight loss and some definition

You'd see those rare 2 muscle-heads that grunt loudly and drop the deadlift weights.
I am not trying to mock them for the fact they come in and try

but after like 6 months you think they would figure their routine isnt working and ask someone for some advice....

Well, perhaps they are satisfied with their routine, if they were not, they would ask for advice.

I'm gonna be honest i dont ever approach anymore, simply dont need to.
8s and below will approach IRL. Being jacked does not have 9s and 10s approaching IRL (they will approach in OLD). That's a fact.

Anybody who dedicates their lives to fitness are going to get more looks than anyone else, even the opposite sex. It shows a sign of dedication, hard work, toughness, eye candy, respect and jealously. Having a nice body is the one thing most everyone in the world wants, but never works to get. I'm sure most men will deny they look at another in shape male and say they wish they had his body, or respect him for his hard work.

Wealth, along with a nice body, are the two most attractive traits a human can have.
Have either or, will get you laid more than most, have both, you will swim in a commercial dishwasher full of plates-Stovepipe

Agree with this. Being jacked and good looking will get you 7s and maybe some 8s will approach. The 9s and 10s will need much more than that and will still require you to "work" in the sense of approaching, pursuing, etc.

The difference in behaviour between a 7 and a 9 is phenomenal. Sometimes i literally have 7s salivating and the messages these girls send...my god. Like a dog on heat..and often this is before I've even fvcked them.

Have never had an 8 or 9 talk to me like this. Why? Because they aren't as thirsty for high value men as the 7s of the world are.

Not only that. Most men don't know this, but most 9s and 10s are extremely insecure, having based their value on their looks their entire lives. Thus, 9s and 10s will rarely put themselves out there to get rejected.

The worst nightmare for most 9s and 10s is to get de-validated. Their value is so wholly intertwined with their validation that they would rather commit murder (figuratively) then give you a chance to de-validate them.

9/10 game is a different game altogether.

Speaking of, anyone have any good recs for getting a bigger neck? I feel like that's the one area that's lagging behind despite deadlifts, shoulder shrugs, and farmers walks.

They make face masks that hold weight to do neck exercises. My gym has a machine for neck exercises. Or you could just google it.

I have a general question.... or maybe two. @Infern0 @soulforge

I have been back working out solidly for about a month or two, doing a bit of a shredding regimen. It is noticeable but seems to be taking sweet time.

I spent the first 6 months of last year training hard, then had the basketball season from November-March, so dropped the gym pretty much completely (mistake, now realise).

The questions being:
-How long (consistently) did you train until you started noticing real results and thought that you were starting to take real shape and definition? One year, two years?
-What is the one aspect of gym work and / or diet that you can say has made the biggest impact on your gains?
In my case its both diet and exercise play a part. Probably around 70% diet / 30% gym. I have good size already so eating clean is key. But the extra work in the gym allows me to eat more food and feel satiated.

To me it's about the consistency and the process. I set a new goal every two to three months. Keto and Intermittent Fasting help keep everything interesting.

This is literally the most basic thing you can do. It's literally engrained into us at birth that chicks like big strong men. I knew this at the age of 2 lmao. Now who's to say women don't feel the same way? You are literally playing into their most basic level of attraction.

Yeah, there's this 5'4" guy that's jacked, but cannot get a date to save his life due to his height. I recall a woman saying a short guy tried to ask her out while at the gym. She did think she was hot, but...too short for her.

Yeah, and the guy doesn't even have to go to the gym. There are some men that are naturally big and broad shouldered through genetics. He could be completely out of shape, but if he's grand in size, this could win him the ladies, still.

What has really surprised me, is the amount of looks I am getting recently when I am out and about..

Woman didn't even used to notice me before.. but recently I have found they are more than just glancing at me, even when out with her boyfriend..
That's interesting. 10 years I worked out everyday, ate healthy, was ripped and got my 6 pack. Girls didn't care. Couldn't get a girl's number if I paid her.

Today I don't have a six pack. I could probably get a hot girl's number in less than 200 seconds. o_O

If you're 6'1 and skinny like me it takes a miracle to change your body.

Getting there is much more difficult when you're tall and skinny but trust me. 6' 1 AND jacked AND wealthy (from what I remeber you make a fair bit of dollar) is beyond GOD mode.

I started working out 5 months ago today. I can now get to my 6am workout on the minute accuracy (like I used to be showing up to work).

I noticed in the mirror today my shoulders are wider and I'm in proportion to my trainer.

Reality. Girls don't care about six pack/money/car/bank account.
