I don't know if you're going off of that one comment or taking a lot of factors into account in reaching your conclusion. If it is the former, you're blowing it WAY out of proportion. Sometimes girls genuinely like it when you do nice things for them. It might have been a sincere compliment.

It's a pet hate that's why. Cute I can grit my teeth at because I look younger than I actually am, but nice and sweet is just not me, so therefore I'm giving off a false trait. I might consider recontacting that girl, I will have to see. I don't like going back on my decisions because that is a sign of a weak mentality. I get called "you're sweet" by women that likely aren't interested in me sexually, but have done much to help me socially, like being my social proof. Some I never meet again but no biggie.
