Neandrothol Supersoldier was great!

I dont like pook because his posts spend more words seducing than they do teaching men to seduce. Reading his (over simplified and incredibly fanciful) posts give you the same warm fuzzy feeling that actually approaching a beautiful, intelligent, fun woman should. He is the ultimate armchair seducer - finding new, intriguing ways to say the few simple principals this site is based on - replacing the despiration most afc's need to make that first cold approach with complacancy. He is too good a writer to be entrusted with the responsibility his name carries around these forums.

Pook and Deagleclaw were two posters who pretty consistently provided posts that were both mature and seriously thought inducing. Since those are my favorite kinds of posts, they have always been two of my favorites.

Although Neanderthal Supersoldier and I came to be quite friendly both here and away from the forums, and he had his share of good posts, I'm surprised he has gotten as much mention as he has. He spent more time in flame wars and wreaking havoc in the chat room than posting advice...lol. He was a real stinker, albeit a very likeable stinker.

I agree with you. It is too bad the majority of AFC rather have that quick temporary surge of (inspiration??) than do what is really necessary.

Have you notice that most of the Pook praiser are still on this site (b/c they are still an AFC?) while the people that dismiss Pook are gone (b/c they have become a true Don Juan?) .

My favorite poster is Senor Fingers.

check_mate_kid's and aequitas' posts are always pretty interesting to me. lifeforce is quite good too. there are also other members pretty good, but i don't remember the names, sorry.

for what concerns the old big names.... well, stockholder and pook are the first ones, then senor fingerz.

Haha! I should point out that most of the valuable insights I got from him were from discussions away from the forums. When it came to discussion of the actual topics (as rare as that was) he had really good stuff to say.

Actually they just get bored and leave. But I guess we all have are opinions even if they're wrong.

I talked to TonytheTigerOI about the idea behind Pook and we came to this conclusion(I think.)

Pook was an author or aspiring author who practiced writing stories on this site. He tended to repeat some of these ideas, but presented in new forms. He was a REALLY good writer and did help many. You can call his writing's fluff or to seduce men online to become his follower. But I know it's helped me and I plan on leaving this site this summer.

The reason most people leave is because they're bored or finally are happy with themselves.
