when you start living for yourself, i mean truly living for yourself and actually living life, the whole alpha/beta dichotomy goes away. its something that becomes the least of your concerns
Exactly. It’s one of those paradoxical things: An alpha would never worry about whether they were acting alpha or not or what impression they made on 1 girl out of 4 billion.
Starting out, it’s a useful distinction. But at a certain point, you have to drop it. It keeps you in reaction to external stimuli in hopes to gain validation (Alpha Behavior from a Beta Mindset). Do what’s authentic to
you and what’s aligned with
your purposes (but put in the work & experimentation & use whatever labels you need to figure out what those are).
