I started using Xenadrine RFA-1 today, which I have calculated to last me 40 days in total (120 capsules). I am easing into it, taking half the recommended dosage (2 capsules per day, equalling 20mg ephedrine).
I have done searches here about Xenadrine/ephedrine, and I have only discovered the basics so far...e.g. do not take after 3pm as it may affect sleep etc. etc.
So my questions are, if you have ever used this product:
1. Exactly how many capsules per day should be taken, especially since I see so much conflicting information around...some people say do not exceed 4 capsules per day (a total ephedrine intake of 40mg) whereas some others say 6 capsules is the max dosage (60mg ephedrine per day!!!). The latter sounds excessive.
Personally, I think I should not exceed 3 capsules per day (total ephedrine intake of 30mg per day - each capsule contains 10mg ephedrine), but I am not sure what dosage will have the best results over the month and a half ahead.
2. I am 6ft 2inches tall, approx 190lb ( 95kg). A 'one month' supply should be enough for my cutting regime for the weeks ahead (6 weeks intensive, with ephedrine, based on weight training 3 times per week and HIIT training 3-4 times per week - no longer than 20 minutes).
Does the above program seem reasonable? I understand that ephedrine increases your body temp. and heart rate, therefore should one still go as intensively as usual with the workout schedule?
3. How much weight can one expect to lose, on average, with the aid of Xenadrine RFA-1, combined with a timetabled intensive fitness regime thrown in?
NB: I'm currently in a cutting cycle and I intend to cut for 8 weeks in total (5-6 weeks with ephedrine), as I have a roll of fat on my belly, after a bulking cycle.
