Only if the person you are dealing with has any brains. Sounds like this one doesn't. I had a female friend living with me when I was younger, she was down on her luck and her folks had kicked her out. I got her a job and let her crash on my couch. I only had two rules. No drugs in my house, no people in my house that I didn't know while I wasn't there (I had thousands of dollars worth of musical equipment).SoldMySoul said:No it is not!!! TENANCY LAWS ARE STRICT IN SOME PLACES!!!!!!!!! It is hard to kick someone out once they have taken up residency and against the law just to throw her $hit out. It is hard to do and places the owner/ leaser in a bad situation.
It can be done, but it is a pain and you HAVE TO GET THE SHERIFF"S OFFICE and COURTS involved! Not as easy as some of you think.
One day I come home early from work and its a god damn coke party and some dudes are playing around with my synths and drums and on my computer. I told everyone to get the fvck out. She told them "Hey guys you gotta go" I told her, "yah, and you gotta go with em, pack your sh1t". Done and done.
