Alright one time I went on a date with this one chick to the movies. This was a while ago and I wanted to see Gangs of Newyork.

Anyways the ***** brings another guy. So I watched some movie with them cause I was already there and then never talked to her again. It was worse at the time.

I got a good one. Was dating this coworker for about a month. Having a good time and she started flaking on me a few days before our final date.

Anyway we were going to dinner and a concert in NYC. The b*tch ordered the most expensive thing on the menu, a few ****tails, desert, etc... Total cost of dinner was $180 with tip. Total cost of the date ended up being close to $400 between dinner, show, taxi, train, etc... In truth I was going to the show before I started seeing her so it was sunk cost. The dinner was over the top though.

At the end of the night I got a peck on the cheek with a have a good night followed by her cutting off all contact. She obviously had to know she was going to disappear after the date but she made sure she soaked me for all I was worth . I didnt even get laid . Than she cut off all contact. I have not spoken to her in like 3 months already and I see her occasionally at work and we ignore each other.

This will be the first and last time I ever do this. I learned my lesson. I wasnt trying to impress her, I was just being a nice guy and got used.

What a fool I was.

I am philosophical about it though, it was an expensive lesson but I have learned not to be nice and not to trust women at face value. :nono: As a woman friend told me - now you know that women can be a lot more cunning and ruthless than you think.

Oh and no expensive dates - EVER. :wave:

I even brought this over to girls in my college class which is a shame because she was the frist girl I got to salivate after me after I learnt all this stuff haha

Have to agree, dating coworkers is bad. I have done it 4 times and its has never ended great. Tolerable at best.

Frankly its not worth the hassle.

I wouldn't say don't be nice. I'd just say don't do things which are obviously bad ideas 400 dollar dinner is one of them Oh well... on the bright side in a few years you will probably laugh about it.

I've heard rubbish stories about people buying girlfriends big dinners.

If I ever take her anywhere the only way im paying for the whole thing would be for her birthday.

The most extravagant place I would take her outside of a birthday is a sit down chippy and even then she's paying her own way.

Remember this is NYC and it steamrolls pretty quick if you are not careful. A freaking glass of wine can be $10 in a lot of places.

I learned my lesson. I wont ever be doing this again.

Good, and if you are at the dinner and she is pissing you off, just excuse yourself to "use your cell phone outside real quick." Don't forget your jacket as you will be leaving her to pay the tab while you leave and jump in a cab.

I have done this a few times, just make sure that you turn your phone off when you leave so that they absolutely freak out and have a breakdown in the restaurant.

My worst date was a college chick at my university was 1hr late. I got a ride from my kin so i couldnt even laugh...but they did....when she finally showed i played it cool and made her pay for everything. Dinner, movies and gas...she even drove. I havent heard from her since

Movies are always a bad move for me. One was a blind date, ended up being a hairy mexican girl who couldn't keep her sweaty hands off me. The second was a girl who complained all the way through quantum of solace.

So, it was about a year ago and homecoming was coming up. Of course I had no date, so I just decided i wouldnt show. My friend, who's pretty good with the ladies, he has a more natural style, IMO, tells me "Dude, dont worry I have the perfect date for you!". I was surprised, and I thought "wow she must be hot." Anyway, I bought the stupid tickets for 40$. I was so completely stupid, that I didnt even ask what she looked like. I assumed that she would be hot.

We go to dinner, in those big "homecoming groups." Anyway I wait for her, and she finnaly arrives. Let me tell you SHE WAS NOT HOT AT ALL!! But my old pal desperation made her look a lot better then she was. I'd say she was a 3...4 at best.. and that's being a bit generous.

I told my friend my opinion, and he said "Dude! dont even worry, she will definately hook up with you, and who really cares when the lights are dim?"

I was like "hey..he has a point, maybe ill get my first kiss!." I even paid for her dinner..another 40$ gone.

So we get to the dance, and everyone's grinding...except us of course. Finnaly after a long akward pause, I just became so horny that I finnaly said

Me: "Hey do you want to dance?"
Her: "Sure!"
Me: thinking yes here it comes. I attempt to get behind her..
Her: "Im sorry I dont do that.." She then proceeds to show me her 2 chastity rings...and something in her purse that said "committed to
Jesus".

Long story short, I got nothing, and lost about 80 bucks on some girl. About a week later i see her making out with some chick, and I find out she is a ****ing lesbian.

Contact was completely cut off after that...she even called me one day and asked why I never spoke to her after the dance. (from her friends phone.) She said it was because she was a lesbian. I just told her to not call me again as I was busy.

I went on a blind date with a chick I met through AOL. She described herself as being athletic and a soccer player. I went to meet her at the movies and she turned out to be a 300 pound beach whale. Lesson Learned-Never meet a woman from the Internet without getting a pic first.

That doesn't mean sh**. I Met a chick online, ask for a pic. She sent me a good one..She was 7-8. We meet at a pub, I get there late, look for her. She comes up to me asked me if my name is Mike. I asked her if she was Jen (She was a 4 max). She tells me she sent me her ROOMMATES picture. So I quickly grabbed my cell phone, call "myself"and say "Hey Mike, don't bother". She asked who I was and said "Rob, Mikes roommate"..She looked all puzzled, and I said " your not the only one who can pull a bait and switch"..And walked away.

Some of these Just annoy me. Why do girls think they should be allowed to do these things.
