True! Getting cheated on like that tends to make the world think there was a problem with the man or that he can't satisfy her.
Larsa cheated on Scottie Pippen. Scottie Pippen and Larsa first got together during Scottie Pippen's playing career. They married in 1997. She was 23 when they got married, so they probably first started dating when she was 21. Larsa cheating on Scottie didn't get revealed until long after Scottie had retired from the NBA. She probably didn't start cheating on him until his playing career was long over.
Credit to Scottie Pippen for not getting fat as a retired player.
Tim Duncan played in the NBA from 1997-2016. In 2013, it was revealed his wife Amy was cheating on him. She didn't even wait until he was a less exciting retired player to start cheating. There are also rumors Duncan had sex with one of Amy's friends.
Both Pippen and Duncan made a lot of money. They are in the top fraction of 1% of lifetime income earners and they both experienced infidelity. Most NBA players also have larger than average penis sizes too.
Why go for the archaic traditional setup of marriage , yet forgo the archaic traditional acceptance of the husband's name? I think it's a sign of someone that's not really totally invested and will probably have one foot out the door. I don't particularly care about the name but it is odd that they want to have their cake and eat it too
Women like to do feminism when it is convenient for them. Women keeping their maiden name in marriage is not all that common. Regardless of the cultural associations with this practice, it would be more convenient for women to keep their maiden names since the majority of marriages end in divorce anyway. Keeping a maiden name would prevent a divorced woman from being saddled with an ex-husband's name. That's a practical argument for it.
