Turns out OP isnt the young college kid I thought he was. I checked out his journal and he's in his late 20s. So I can already tell how this is gonna go over with campus staff and other students.zekko said:You're telling this guy not to protest what he sees as unfair because it might cost him some chick being attracted to him. That's pretty much standard stereotypical "nice guy" behavior - in other words, appeasement. Can we put the pvssy on the pedestal any higher here?
Anyway Jaylan, you're always saying that it does no good to discuss men's rights issues on these forums because it's all just talk. Well, now someone has stepped forward to actually do something about these double standard policies - he lodges a complaint, and you still have a problem with it. What gives?
Being laid back, chill, and a fun guy is integral to getting laid in school. Its integral to fitting in. Also, if youre gonna be someone who rocks the boat, it helps to be a young angsty teen...that way people have more patience and an open ear for what you have to say.
To be an older guy on campus, complaining about a few gym hours meant to help young co-eds stay in shape...think about how thats gonna go over. OP will be dismissed by campus staff and especially by the students...trust me. They will see him as a whiny older dude whos b!tching about some minor stuff thats harming no one.
This isn't a men's rights issue right here. This will simply be seen as petty nonsense. Seriously...guys here are up in arms over a few gym hours? A guy whos over 25 and has maturity and awareness should be focused on real men's rights issues like parental rights and divorce court bias....not freaking gym hours.
The general male population would be able to agree with changing things with regard to divorce and parental rights. The general male population won't give a flying sh!t about a few "chick hours" at some university gym.
Fight battles that will actually change something and get men involved. Not this ish.
