Basically a guy still in healthy bodyfat percentage. Media would have you thinking they like men with a belly.

There are only so many hours in a day, and if you are busting it to make sure her financial and security needs are met, and as a result, let's his fitness level slip, yeah she will bang the man that makes her tingle. The minute you start pushing back you will be history because she already has a bunch of dudes waiting int he wings to scoop her up. She will rinse and repeat until she hits the wall. You are MUCH better off, if you are trying to make a 'relationship' work to get with a solid 7, with small amounts of emotional damage that you can work with, then a completely beautiful woman.

However, I can't jump on board with the whole wife-ing an ugly/average chick just for the sake of her being "faithful" and bringing "less BS". I've had my fair share of 7s, and they are just capable of cheating on you and making your life hell just as much as a 9-10 would. I already know the counter argument. You're going to say "screen" females before you date them. But you can absolutely do the same with top tier women. They're much less easier to find, but that's why they're considered high value women.

Not all men can handle beautiful women though, and you're right, most come with baggage and drama. If your money ain't right, your physique ain't right, your game is weak, and you don't know how to deal with confrontation, these types of women will absolutely eat you alive. But speaking for myself personally, I strive to be in the top 1% of men. I don't want to sacrifice my morals and hobbies just so I can live comfortably with a butter face. I'd rather date very attractive women until they fvck up or the drama becomes too much, then I move onto another one.

Honestly this, I like looking ripped enough to where I look good shirtless, but not like a try hard. Any women that looks like a gym nut try hard I get turned off by her too.

Anyone that has been on this board for any length of time knows I am NOT a relationship guy. I suspect most men here are. Like you I don't go after women that are not really good looking. But I also know that if I was looking for a relationship, NONE of the women I date would work. It all depends on what you want. None of the women I date last more than 6 months, they are all beautiful, and most will drift off, come back again, then off again... and I am perfectly fine with this. Many get married and engaged and these chicks are still texting me... wanting to meet up... you just can not marry any of these women because this is what you get. I really feel sorry of the men that have tried to lock down these women... I have DOZENS of stories like this.

But if you want a relationship than DO NOT follow me (or you apparently) as guide for success. If you WANT A RELATIONSHIP, you better be prepared to lower your standards... that is all I am saying. To do otherwise you are asking for problems.

if you want <30 y.o. fit is way better than dad. my fitness has fluctuated and I do way better when fit and trim. however, some women are insecure and like guys with a bit more pudge. less competition.

Nobody can convince me otherwise because of my own personal life experience when I was very lean yet very muscular.

Getting Women was as easy as sliding into slip on sandals. Yes, my face helped a lot but my body was the reason why I was always constantly being touched or flat out groped by Women (Depending on scene).

While other Men were around either in a nice suit, nice button up, Nice polo or name brand designer clothes.... I out did them all in a plain Calvin Klein fitted T-Shirt. No designs just plain black, white, blue or dark grey.

I literally looked like the guy below in my CK shirts. Coupled with smelling good which by my own "Bro Science" enhanced my Testosterone "smell" or pheromones'. it was lights out in terms of flocks of Women either getting close to me or outright approaching me.

I Actually had a bit more Lean Mass than this guy but you get the idea. NOBODY can convince me Dad Bods are what Women prefer.

My experience also. I dont know how other forum members cant see it. Its not a magic bullet on its own. You need other attributes to be in place also...BUT,it gets you that all important foot in the door on a visual alone,and all things being equal,its another plus point.Being in shape,will NEVER hinder you with women. Often,but not always,the argument against comes from people putting their excuses in early because they cant be bothered to make the effort to train or get in shape themselves
