A woman recently said that until the "wage inequity" is cured that woman shouldn't have to serve in the draft. It blows my mind because HR won't allow a "wage inequity" for the same job position.

Google.com recently ran a salary survey on their own company and they found that for each position, women made slightly more. And my thought is in most companies it is similar because they are fearful of being labeled....

For some of them to be still using these old positions that are untrue just is crazy.
So guys. Feminism knows these things are no longer true. It's said and done to control you. To say these statements injects fear and anger in men, who know that these things are no longer true.

It makes me mad when I hear it today, but I guess I need to get better at "not listening".

Trouble is at Exec level these days. Plenty of lady execs and all they care about is their herd position not a rat's arse about what s good for the company. It used to be a bit of politics around the work. Now it's all politics and they look down on you if you are actually doing some work.

Or if you are at their level and actually have expertise in the area?

We all make emotional decisions. The only difference is that women seldom are held accountable for theirs, so they are slow to learn from them. Man have I got stories.... LOTS of them. But here is one recent...

One chick I know, she drifts in and out of my life... since the Covid-19 pandemic... she'd sort of drifting back in, has been reaching out to me, looking for help. She's a lawyer, and a pretty good one at that when it comes to entertainment law. And I know a couple of people who would be willing to hire her, and they do have work, but I'm not going to sacrifice my reputation with clients to help out a chick, so I asked her some questions... and what came up is this stupid chick hadn't filed her taxes in three years... I asked how in the world would I recommend her if she hasn't done this? Her answer: "Blah blah blah... excuse... blah blah blah blah.... depression.... blah blah blah... grandmother broke her hip.... blah blah blah... my boyfriend was a jerk (a man is always at fault).... blah blah blah... panic attack...." Anyway etc etc.

She gets away with this sh1t because she's hot. I'm serious, this woman blunders into mess after mess... and she always finds some stupid motherfvcker willing to bail her out.

So anyway, I told her she needed to file her fvcking taxes and then we can talk. This was three weeks ago... she keeps reaching out and I tell her the same thing... "Have you filed you taxes?" Well of course she hasn't.... she run off to the country and is living with the next stupid motherfvcker that is bailing her out!

Now replace her with a dude.... he'd be living on the street, or in jail for tax evasion. Good looking women always have options, this is why you seldom see hot chicks living on the street. Men can not afford to make mistakes because NO ONE is going to help you when you stumble... chicks certainly won't help you.... and other dudes are just going to step over you and laugh as they pass you by. Males learn this at an early age... and if they don't they just end up offing themselves because of depression.

In some way it's hard to blame women for having kids regardless of the objective facts surrounding the situation.

The neurobiology of procreative drive in animals is really really crazy and fascinating.

Objectivity and long-term decision making is hard enough without ****ing hormones and **** colouring your perception. At the best of times people (myself obviously included) are situationally rational decision makers.

Cheers

In some management styles they PREFER that management don't know what's going on under neath them. They need to ensure head count, and that work is being done. They don't want them knowing alot of the details of the jobs.
Quoting several clueless managers I have worked with, they pretty much say/do 4 x basic things in this general fashon:
1 - "Get a quote on XYZ. It's priority #1!"
2 - "It costs $500!? OOhh there's no money for XYZ in the budget."
3- "What! I thought you bought XYZ back when I told you to, This is the first I've heard that we didn't have it!"
4 - "I told you XYZ was priority #1 and you didn't take care of it. I never said there was no money for it I said to buy it and you didn't. You are getting written up for insubbordination"

This is how they roll in the Great State of Illinois, one of the most corrupt places in the USA.

I was at the market the other day, donning my n95 mask and gloves along with my own bags to get some food to cook. Low and behold and ex-gif from a few years past comes by. She took a doubt take, but I recall the face even with the mask quite well. She turned back and said excuse me, I said yes, her name. I thought it was you. How are you, what's going on? All is good and I saw she also had her child with her. Couldn't be more than a year or so. I said I see you have a little one. Congrats, I hope you and your fam are doing okay during this crisis. She said, no, she's a single mom. My fam is helping me raise this little guy. I said, I see. Well, I wished her well and only the best for her and her little guy, and then went on my way. Man, it amazes me how some women make just really poor choices. She's 36 now I believe, we dated when she was 30/31. Still looks the same, but just, I don't know why she'd select this path in life.

Her (original) pros:
==============
Educated as a math and science teacher, with tenure.
Owned her own condo.
Good with money (yes, amazing, I know).
Incredibly attractive and I thought had family values.
Has younger married sister who had a child just when we started dating way back when.
Solid family with mom and dad still married.

Her cons:
=======
She selected single motherhood over family.
She's was a Hillary supporter, so probably very liberal.
Now is bringing up a child in a broken home.
Parent's raised two daughters, now raising a third grandson from their oldest daughter.

Just amazes me some of the decisions women make these days.
biological clock fast expiring + emotional based decisions is a recipe for disaster

1000% agree. It's not even healthy for your mind to hear it and ignore. If you are able have that source completely out of your environment ./
ideas:
donate/sell television set

change your daily newsfeed source on internet

stop looking down at chitty tabloid/feminist magazine article titles at grocery checkouts

changeup music you listen to for a little while...go with instrumentals/classical with no lyrics for a break

become online mentor for men learning some specific skill like bushcraft or gun repair so the topic of interest demands
concentrating on developing masculine talents

change up the displayed book titles on shelves-put away or reverse the bookspines of the garbage-y feminist slant titles

Just amazes me some of the decisions women make these days.
In 2020, women value freedom, independence, and kids. They do not value commitment, love or marriage. These items were important when marriage meant something and women could not leave without being judged harshly, but those times ended a long time ago. Now men are a tool for women, nothing more.

Men today don‘t seek sex the way they used to, sex is very easy to get. Today‘s men seek affection, companionship, and love from women. This is very hard to get. It’s also the reason why men have so many problems with women. They confuse emotional connection with a woman caring. A woman does not care about a man, she only cares about what he can do for her.

Men would be very successful with women if they took emotions out of everything when dealing with them. Do not try to “emotionally” connect with a woman. Try to have sex with them. Emotions may feel good in the moment, but it doesn’t GET a man anything.

Love is a losing game. Wake up men.
