Impossible to be an American guy. You must pump iron religiously, fix meals yourself, hunt for older women with HPV, put down other guys, etc. What a sick society. I can't be the only one who gets it.

Why is it that I see so many jacked-up dudes in America with Affliction t-shirts alongside fat, short, middle aged women with ankle tattoos? Is this supposed to tell me something? Is the fact that the guy is holding their baby AND buying the woman her a latte supposed to mean that he is a winner??? Can't the woman at least take THEIR baby from him and hold the child herself? Why must she park here nasty fat bottom (called - "thick and curvy") in a seat waiting for him to do it all? I am perplexed?

Ok. What's your frequency? And intensity. How hard is it to finish a gym workout? How do you feel after? Sometimes doing too much can be worse than doing too little. You don't want to tax your body out TOO much otherwise it goes into stress mode and it begins to store fat. Cortisol is the main culprit here.

Frankly I don't really know why the fat hasn't been burning away as I've worked out. I'm getting stronger but the relative BF% has stayed the same as my weight has gone up. I'm going to get my BF officially measured in the next couple of weeks to find out where I really am.
When we find the problem and you go about fixing it, you'll notice changes in at least a week. No need for measuring tools.

How do you do both at the same time?.
Clean diet. Just enough training. Just enough training frequency. Genetics make the most of it.

I've heard that the best way to build muscle is heavy weights, and eat more. If It's wrong, I'd love to hear what the proper way is..
The proper way depends on the individual. Your proper way IMO would be to cut down the fat. If you do a standard bulk like you want, you will gain extra fat along with the muscle.

I think you should look into a crossfit style routine and possibly diet. While you won't gain as much muscle as on a standard bulk, you will lose the excess fat and look better overall. Afterwards, you have the option of doing a bulk if you want.

If you decide to bulk in your present state, you'll look even more fat once you finish, and you'll have to work twice as hard after to remove all that fat.

Tomorrow is the first day of school.

My goal is to start small and just talk to anybody that's at least a 6. I'm going to be extra friendly and flirty, plus doing some kino.

I am, getting laid this year.

Yes. When I'm at school, I'm at school. The first few days you get the most important info for the rest of the classes, and finding out how to deal with certain teachers.

There's the rest of the semester to meet women. Parties, sometimes through class... but day game is more difficult.

I take school seriously. But for me, school also = women. The last time I had a real conversation with a girl was when I went on that date a few weeks ago. Girls just aren't a part of my day to day life. When I'm at school, they are everywhere and so many types. I even had two conversations with two random girl today, which is a good sign for me. I'm more open to talking to "strangers" than I used to be. I'll get my grades, but getting laid this year is more important.

The gym stuff is a given. On average I'm hitting the weights 3x a week and I'm going to change up my routine. I've also started jogging in the mornings. Changing up my diet is going to take a lot of work.

Improving my body will take a long time. But in the meantime I can really focus on becoming more social and outgoing.

You can have both if you manage your time efficiently. You can only spend so much time chasing poon before it eats up into more important things.

To me, while I'm at school I focus on that. I do make friends at school, don't get me wrong, but my focus 90% of the time is on the material at hand. People in class come to me most of the time because:
1. I don't bother them, I have fun or interesting conversations but I cut them short.
2. I'm serious about certain things, jokes aside, I take my career and finances very seriously so I get asked for help alot. Sometimes, I do help and people appreciate it.

Changing up my diet is going to take a lot of work.
Maybe, maybe not. There's ways to make it easier. The most effective diet is the one I'm on right now. It's more strict than before, but I enjoy it because I feel great. It didn't suck when I started because I made the transition very slowly. Because of this, it was kind of comfortable and fairly easy but it took a few months and I planned it out a little bit. I had a few goals for each week.

Improving my body will take a long time. But in the meantime I can really focus on becoming more social and outgoing.
You can focus on that, but as far as the body make a plan and stick to it. You don't have to think about it, you just put it on a list for the day and check it off once it's done. It requires very little concentration.


Anyways, hope that helps give you some perspective at least. Take what you find useful.

If you think there's no way you're out of shape then you must not be looking at the same chunky guy everyone else here is seeing.

Judging by your post's, you pretty much sound like a guy that's full of themselves with nothing to back it up. The way you dress matches your personality well.

If you really want to get in better shape which you clearly aren't you need to actually start working out. Cardio for bulky guys is the first step in toning. There's no way any guy should not be able to bench their own weight. Eventually we all should be able to atleast rep our own weight 10 times.

Trying with a lot of running. Run a mile on 6 speed on the treadmill and keep doing that until you can actually complete it. When you're past that step, increase the speed to 6.5, or add incline, do whatever you want just make it harder than before and longer.

Unfortunately he's got the "I'm afraid to lose muscle I don't have" bug. He's going to chase his own tail for a bit and when he's exhausted he might give up or do it proper.

We'll see.

The way his mind is wired he probably needs to chase his tail for a good 5 or so years till he realizes what's going on.

There is some element of truth to what you said, however admit it, you have very strong biases

Not much advice on the game side of this thread.

I can offer some training advice. You don't have to do the bulk cut repeat cycle. Contrary to popular belief you can gain strength, gain muscle, and lose fat all at the same time. This is called a recomp(body recomposition) diet. You need to have your training dialed(this comes from training experience, which enables you to know what works and what doesn't. In other words having the right amount of volume/intensity/frequency), and your diet precise(food scale and fitday logging). Results from a recomp are much much slower than if you focus on each goal individually. Also, if you lose strength on a cut, you are doing something wrong(too much cardio and/or not enough calories tends to be the most common problem). If anything you should gain some strength. You just have to cut slowly.

A basic low volume routine(that focuses on strength for compound exercises), a diet that regulates carbs, and some cardio 2-3x a week would be a good starting point.

Schools are like the best training ground ever. No where in any period of my life did I have so much available women to experiment DJ material on. If you don't invest the time prior to graduating, you just wasted your golden opportunity.
