have to agree 100000000% and not just with women but life in general. stop the over-analyzing BS....let the damn females participate in that kind of drama really. over-analyze when necessary(like at work or anyone telling you feminism or Obamacare are good ideas) but not social interactions as there truly is no end to that rabbit hole.
honestly i would add a 25-27. this probably could be higher on the list but ah well.
25: GET YOUR LIFE IN ORDER.
what I mean dumbass that is known as fuzzball, do things now and dont procrastinate. get the important things done. have a schedule a rhythm to how you operate. bedtime is between X and Y. put some order into your diet(cut out the fast food make sure there are fruits,veggies,and protein). set aside allotted time for working out, reading, and relaxing. dont let your day be controlled an emotional whim of "what do i feel like doing today"....NO DAMNIT decide what you want to do today yesterday and do it. of course dont be an a-hole about it as sometimes life truly does come up and get in the way(emergencies, a little spontaneous fun, being human aka forgetting something that is due or important, etc) but dont let such excuses ruin the overall concept of an ordered lifestyle. furthermore cut out the things that lead to disorder.
26. Listen to the body:
while doing everything here is good it is important to ya know listen to the body. know its limits. know when a break is needed. a prime recent example is I am really doing a lot better with working out and wednesday I was just tired but went at it anyway however I didnt finish because I was just too exhausted and out of breathe....turns out I suddenly got sick and had a fever...so LISTEN TO THE BODY as it has limits. just as the body has been telling me for years you are killing me with your couch potato chronic masturbating lifestyle the same body will also tell me hey Im sick I cant do your self-improvement routine right now, Im worn out and not used to this, Im sick and need a few days off.
27. Listen to the mind:
I cant be the only one on here that has rotted his brain with smut horror movies of that worst kinds, porn of the worst kinds, and all kinds of junk(like internet forums and commenting and facebook). really toxic stuff to the mind. Im sure these things have hurt my brains ability to function properly. so the next time you get that feeling or that RED LIGHT STOP DECEASE NOTICE from the old brain....listen....it just cant take another bottom of the barrel pointless mindrotting smut horror movie. it also cant take 5-10 hours online message boards a day anymore. it cant take reading cracked.com for hours on end anymore or videogames for hours on end....the brain is sick and wants to heal with the body too....so for the love of all things feed it good stimulation for a change and cut back on the porn, the crap TV, the crap internet use, etc...LISTEN TO THE BRAIN FOR IF ITS NOT HEALTHY....what does it matter if the body is???
