Gyms are packed with that 10% of guys who **** the 90% of hot women out there. U ever heard that saying before? I assure you that the the well built guy will get rejected less than the skinny or fat guy. The most feminite of women are attracted to the most masculine of men – muscles represent masculinity physically speaking. There is no argument here.

Rakishness, you may have seen a muscular guy get rejected a few times cuz he came across as a moronic jerk. But how many times do u think ull see a well built guy get rejected when he comes off as being nice, sincere, and an overall good person? NEVER

Sure, there's women there but I'd estimate that a good 2/3rds to 3/4th of the membership is men, and women there are usually doing the aerobics/pilates classes or the machines. Scant few are actualy lifting any weight.

I work out at Gold's as well and it's all dudes and yeah, the women there are do the classes/machines.

Regarding this whole looks/well build/muscular debate, I'll throw in my two cents.

1. I have had more than one woman comment on my symmetrical face. It is a well documented phenomena that people (especially babies) are more attracted to symmetrical faces.
2. Women are attracted to muscular men, to what degree varies, but in general, women like a man who is not too thin, not too "thick". Some muscle definition but not HUGE (although there are girls that like this). I have been through all of these sizes and the best results have come where I am now - which is about 185 and 6'2.
3. Women are attracted to MASCULINE men. This is what the underlying psychological drive is anyways. You don't NEED muscles, you don't NEED to dress badass, you don't NEED to be adventurous, but the grand total sum of all your characteristics will give you a rating, let's call it the MG rating (masculine guy) from 1 to 10 (much like we evaluate HBx's) telling the woman HOW masculine you are. So let's say you are really adventurous, but talk incessantly about your feelings. You will probably score a MG3.

On the other hand, if you dress bad ass, don't talk too much about yourself, like adventurous things, are sexual, and are really thin, you're gonna score a MG8 or something.


The bottom line is - there are a LOT of things that make you a man. Muscles, confidence, charisma, etc. You don't need ALL of them.

Me personally, I am about a 8.5 on the sexual, I'm average weight, I dress simple but nice, and I have a lot of sexual energy. I mean, the whole conversation I have with women is very full of sexual undertones. I wouldn't say I'm bad azz, I would say I'm a good guy. I am a business person, but very sexual around women.

I think the sexuality gets them. Lol, that's why when guys say Looks matter more than 80% of the time, I think it's a big joke and a guy paying more attention examining women's ACTIONS then really UNDERSTANDING WHY she's rubbing that's guys arms. The whole Looks Matter the most debate is just as dumb as majority of black guys thinking all black women like thugs. They see her ACTIONS as fvcking thugs, yet they don't understand WHY she fvcked the thug. So like a guy going to the gym to look like Scott Stenier just to get laid, is just as dumb as the black guy who puts in a Tupac/Jay-Z album to try to be a thug.

Work out for your health and nutrition, work out to live longer and feel better. Dont' work out because it's going to get you laid, Geez.

Listen to Tupac and Jay-Z for enjoyment, for entertainment, or maybe even for an education, hell Tupac is a very intelligent guy. But don't do it to get pvssy, damn it.

I just think guys have the "problem" wrong, thus they keep prescribing the wrong solutions. But anyways.
