Agreed! And that's my point! That Spanish dude only gets 3 matches on Tinder in 24 hours using pro photos, and only 1 match in 24 hours using casual photos.
And I would agree he's at least top 1% latino based on his physique and face/style.
By contrast the white guy I posted is Miro Cech, a top male model. He will get 20+ matches a day.

Try a Tinder account for yourself and you will see. It is educational if nothing else. You have to know the world and game you are playing in. Burying your head in the sand about how things are in 2018 won't help. And things are very different than even 10-20 years ago.
Match is okay. I have a high income so I get a relatively steady stream of 29-40 year old kind of run down looking typically white women viewing my profile and occasionally "liking" me from it. Most of them look 10 years older than me despite often being younger than me, have frumpy bodies, and I have absolutely zero interest or passion for the idea of dating them.
POF is mostly dead these days - all the young people migrated to Tinder/Bumble/etc.
I found the people on OKCupid very weird ("I am a cis poly bla bla bla"). You need a thesaurus to understand half of their sexual orientations. And the reply rate is terrible, just like Match or POF. <1/30 reply rate for me with custom messages for each girl. So they all become very time consuming and low yield. Think about the time - 2-5 minutes each time browsing and finding girls, reading their profile, and writing a message x30 = 1-3 hours of work per reply. And those replies are usually one line and go nowhere.
None of these dating sites/services are very good for men. You may as well try them all to get a feel for it, including Tinder. You will need to drop your ego though because I can guarantee you're not likely to have fun on any of these. It's a grind.
When you look at the time commitment, it's not actually any more efficient than going to a bar/club. At least at the bar/club the girls have to acknowledge your existence to some degree. It's hard everywhere in my experience.

My best friend met a really pretty 29 year old lebanese dentist on match. She's awesome. He's a decent looking white guy but he's 5'5 (which is a death spell on dating sites)
lol. You're still not getting it. There is no such thing as a "7-8/10 for real life standards". There is only the current standard that women have set. And that's a standard where even Jose (the spanish guy I posted above) can barely get a few fat matches online.
THAT is the standard we all must live with. What number you apply to your own personal rating is irrelevant. There is no "real life standards" anymore. Women will rate you on their own based on their own cognitive distortions about what is "average" and what they think they can get.
Like I said, drop your ego and get ready for the grind. You'll find out soon enough.

let's ask the real question here, if Jose (who is a top 1% of general public) is not good enough for tinder, then who the hell is getting laid on tinder?
Jose is a pretty popular Youtuber. I don't know him personally and only found out about him because of his Tinder experiment. I found it hilarious but also reassuring that a guy that ripped and well taken care of does so poorly on Tinder.
Most guys on this site seem to have no idea how harsh the racial penalty nonwhite guys are paying is in 2018. Or how extremely high women's physical standards have become.
Jose from his Youtube videos has a girlfriend already who's pretty hot and he probably met her IRL. So I doubt he's tried Match.
Jose's ego (understandably) takes a big beating when he does Tinder. He probably thinks "I'm a ripped, fashionable guy. I'm popular on Youtube. I have perfect hair and a nice smile. I bet I'll do great on Tinder! This will be easy!"

Their choices are unlimited. There is no shortage of decent looking and even buff guys.
In less than two minutes "she" has over 50 matches and 8 messages.
Imagine having that degree of endless effortless choice every minute of every day and you'll understand how their standards become so ridiculous.
Studies have actually already proven that in recent years the top 10% of men are ****ing greater and greater numbers of women while the bottom % of men are ****ing fewer and fewer. This is what you get. Women would rather take turns with one of those guys than settle for someone lesser. So that's what they're doing. Lining up and taking turns.

and the top 15% of women on tinder who are all attractive say 15 out of 100 are all going for the same 1 guy? the mathematics here are completely impossible

I didnt say that the top 10% of men are like him, I said thats an example of a top 10%, agree that he is clearly on the top.
Anyway in most southern european clubs I can find at least 10 to 15% of guys that look as good as men like cristiano ronaldo, those same guys are on tinder and hitting on women on the streets.
I dont know where you are and which place you attend but in my environment you are not a top 10%, you look totally average.
As someone told you if you were a top 10% you wouldnt have any problem with OLD, not trying to be an ass but in order to solve a problem you have to acknowledge it.
Plus keep in mind that 1 chad gets more than one girl therefore it doesnt take many of them to make the place dry for everyone.
The only guys I have ever known who have gotten laid off Tinder are 7/10+ white guys. No exceptions. I'm sure exceptions do occur. If I used it long enough and swiped enough girls maybe even I would get laid. But as it is, I've only had a few matches that reply once or twice and then no further. <1/100 match rate per swipe. Most guys are averaging around 1/100 match rate from swiping as well.
Most guys will tell you that you might get one date for every 10-30 matches you get. So to get any significant dates or regular sex from it you need 100+ matches without too much effort. As I said, the only guys I know who have done that are 7+/10 white guys.
Someone posted some data from an experiment they supposedly did, questioning 300 guys and girls about whether they had ever had sex on Tinder.
Bottom line:
Unlike I thought, 240 of the 300 girls actually had sex through tinder! Only less than 50 of the 300 men, which is remarkable.

This was never published in a peer-reviewed study so it could be bull****. But I believe it from everything I've seen from myself and my friends.
Girls have absolutely no problem with taking turns for the top guys, and that's what Tinder encourages. Girls get laid like crazy from Tinder if they want. While most guys can get nothing at all.

that's like saying if I go to yacht clubs, I can find 10% of men there who make 800K
it doesn't change that the percentage of people making 800K is still 0.3%. We're talking about general public. Walk outside your house, you'll have to encounter about a 1000 guys to find anybody who looks anything like that pic you posted

I'm getting over 10 matches a day on tinder up to 20 using a swipe right approach. I swipe right on all ( 200 or so daily ) and use the same conversation . It's setup along the lines of the AMS online dating approach, but im more on the "great guy" side of the spectrum but I'm going to have the same 3 date rule as him .

No one can get any female.
But if you don't have at least one female it's hard as hell to get one.
It depends on your standards and how hard you want to work. A guy like Jose is paying a big penalty for not being tall or white. There's nothing to say he couldn't get laid though.
If he swipes for a few weeks he'd get a few average chicks that want him and maybe even a cute one. But he'd have to swipe a lot and message a lot to get there.
If you want to know which guys are getting laid with hot girls on tinder without putting hours and hours of work into it, I've told you that.
Most guys who get laid off tinder do it once or twice with a chubby or fat chick. You generally need to date down 2-3 points to have any chance on a service like that.

Mate your competition is made of those able to provide more than you do, its not those around you at your own level.
The sooner you realize it, the sooner you are gonna fix the problem...if you live in a trailer trash environment, middle class guys living in the suburbs are not gonna disappear just because you dont see them nor they are gonna cease getting the girls you aim for.
If you already decided that you are a chad not much we can tell you beside asking how do you explain being a chad in your head but being invisible to women...you look like nico bellic from GTA 4.
