I agree that 'I haven't found the right woman' is adequate but also what an AFC would say. Like Sun says, be funny and reverse the qualification. Off the top of my head...

'Because most women are immature drama queens. Also they have cooties.'

'Because I don't want to get pregnant. What's your excuse?'

'You're quite a nosey person aren't you?'

'I've had girlfriends in the past but I always end up, you know, killing them and stuff.'

I had a fat chick ask me this and i was like i am...to $$$. I'm faithful and thats my only interest. She said i was greedy, now I don't have to deal with her...=)
