Where do you get this? Do you even know how to diet? Are you aware of which diet works best for lean gains only in a natural state? Do you not know that a highly anabolic state can burn as much as 3* more calories than a catabolic state.

Hey Dr, please explain to me why my break even caloric intake is 5000 calories. I am 210 lbs, 7% bodyfat. Then explain to me why my BE caloric intake was 2700 calories at the same weight at 17%?

Explain to me how could breakeven be 5000 for me now vs 2700 before with a 10% bf difference which equates to 21 lbs of muscle mass. Are you stating that the 21 lbs of muscle mass burns an extra 2300 calories?

Catabolic environment means fat gains. You have either your terms confused or you just learned the difference.


ok, but Ketosis is a state that no one stays in for long periods of time, and all it does is use fat for energy not carbohydrates big woop, I wouldn't call it a necessity, its just something that happens when your starving have low carbohydrates in your system.
Not true. If you are in a ketogenic diet, your body can remain in ketosis for months at a time. It is in this time, your body NEEDS high fat for energy and muscle preservation or growth.

cholesterol is like protein, having a certain amount is beneficial but to much at once, and it is expelled from the body or becomes fat. Protein is great, but you overloading yourself with protein at once won't make you get bigger. Same thing with cholesterol, you need some cholesterol but you don't have to go crazy and eat the fat from meat and gourge yourself on saturated fats. You can get HDL cholesterol from better sources. The point is to have a GOOD BALANCE of cholesterol, NOT to eat all the cholesterol and fat you can.
Agreed. However, most people (you probably included) do not get adequate intake of saturated fat and cholesterol due to the negative publicity. This is why I STATE to increase it to meet your body's needs.

O a surprise. HIGH T and GH LEVELS will put on more lean muscle mass without training than low t and gf levels with proper training.

A number of important hormones are produced by the pituitary, including growth hormone. part of the brain just above the pituitary called the hypothalamus controls the amount of growth hormone released by the pituitary.
Eliminate cholesterol (building block to all anabolics) and watch how little GH is produced by the pituitary.
