Women dont go around giving death stares to men and dont usually do that to random guys in social environments unless he is doing something weird or stupid. An ugly guy just minding his own business is not gonna get death stares from women. Alot of times they will just feel sorry for him.

An insecure woman in a toxic environment may do that if she is really uncomfortable but then you have to understand that is the negative energy of the environment she is in where she sees everything as a threat and so maybe very defensive. Unfortunately there are too many insecure women and alot of very toxic environments in the modern culture so this could explain your experiences.

If an ugly guy wants to socialise with women and get a girl (it will be hard for him but not impossible) he needs to find a safe social circle and introduce himself slowly to lots of women and build trust over time.
