Sometimes walking slow with confidence is the way to go especially at parties and The Mall.


For places like the mall and parties, ya wanna build up Social Momentum by just talking to the workers there or by joking around with your friends. That way you’ve got the social muscles and vibes working. I’d even do a few ‘ Catch and Release’ rituals when you’re out and about, People do it all the time in fishing to acknowledge The Universal abundance of God and his world, why not cold approach? All this surface level pop psychology stuff about body language and other non verbal communication is largely nonsense from so called "experts" who just make shvt up. Something like confidence isn't so tangible to be tied to any one thing like where you put your arms or how fast you walk. If you're, confident your behavior will automatically reflect that, there's nothing you need to do.

The idea of "hacking" confidence is straight retarded. At best you can only fool a bunch of people that don't matter for a short period of time.

In all seriousness though, I really wouldn't worry about that...it's unlikely to factor that into anyone's perception of higher status. In fact, hyper fixating on how you walk or the speed will possibly make you more nervous than anything.

As a woman, I will say that confidence does wonders! Focus on having a good posture, straighten your shoulders out, and maintain eye contact! I notice some guys tend to fidget a lot when they're nervous, like clenching their jaw or twisting their hands or rubbing their lips (it's not specific to gender, though). Stuff like that can be kind of off-putting, so if I were you I'd focus on maintaining a confident frame, with your movements being controlled and deliberate. Women do notice body language and we find it very attractive if you're projecting relaxed and assured vibes!

Lol, that reminds me of a PUA article I read that said you should face your target with your palms out and facing the woman, like a religious figure. Because it shows that you were a giving person. Can you imagine someone actually doing this?

confidence will lead to a good walking style. a good walking style will not lead to confidence; usually.

the question becomes how to be confident, same as with many other topics. the root is confidence. confidence only comes from success, success comes from effort to do something well.
