Sometimes walking slow with confidence is the way to go especially at parties and The Mall.


For places like the mall and parties, ya wanna build up Social Momentum by just talking to the workers there or by joking around with your friends. That way you’ve got the social muscles and vibes working. I’d even do a few ‘ Catch and Release’ rituals when you’re out and about, People do it all the time in fishing to acknowledge The Universal abundance of God and his world, why not cold approach? Do it your first few sets, have fun, do whatever you want and ‘release’…it will give you a confident and not needy vibe.

I've heard this "walk fast = high status" theory. But I've also heard that the confident man uses slow, deliberate movements.
Sure, I suppose walking fast gives the impression you're busy, or in a rush. But honestly, using this as a strategy sounds like a bunch of BS to me.

I know a business man, well respected, but He is very nervous and have this "keep it busy" attitude. Fast movements and walk like he's holding in diarrhea
