Hey what consoles do you have and what games do you frequently play?

I haven't played my PS3 in forever.. but I am looking to get back into it. I hear Black Ops is the best game online... But people who frequently play fill me in!

Black Ops is a POS. It's just a run and gun war game like every other one.

As far as my PS3 collection. I play Demon's Souls, it's really hard and frustrating sometimes. Requires lots of strategy and thinking. It's merciless.

I also have GT5 because I'm a big fan of racing games. The PS3 doesn't have many racers though. It's great for online play and the graphics look amazing sometimes.

Resident Evil 5. This is alot of fun if you're playing with someone in co-op mode. I finished this with my brother. Good game. It's very cinematic.

Right now I'm working my way through Uncharted: Drakes Fortune. It's fun and very lighthearted. It's also got an adventure feel to it.

Newest purchase is Killzone 3, its ok if you like the "brainless fps"

Alle Gory, you should pick up Uncharted 2 after you finish the first, its a great game

Call of duty Modern warfare, world at war, modern warfare 2 and black ops literally all have the same gameplay. They just change the skins, update the graphics ever so slightly, change the class system around a bit but its all the same. I personally love it, but not as a first day buy, wait till it gets down to a really low price.

Dragon Age was hell of an amazing game that I played over and over again, and I heard Dragon Age II came out so you might want to check that out.

I heard it took them a year to make it and they recycled most of the game. The reviews are not good.

If you're a fan of adult RPGs I recommend The Witcher Enhanced Edition. The second one is coming out soon and it looks amazing. Great story, it's based of a novel series.

Why not? Nothing wrong with video games. There are some teenage boys who want to be older and think that video games are for kids. Funny thing is that the video game market is aimed at those in their 20's and 30's these days.

I heard that Dragon Age 2 is really bad and that it really is just a carbon copy of Dragon Age 1.

I dont play alot anymore due to not having that many games I'm interested in right now but I am waiting for
Battlefield 3
Deux Ex:Human Revolution
Mass Effect 3

Other then that.....nothing really piques my interest. Although with those 3 I will have lots of online gamplay with battlefield 3, a decent rpg with deux ex and I LOVE mass effect 3 so will throw in massive amounts of time in that anyways.

I also play Demons Souls as well....the swamp pissed me off so much I havent played the game in awhile.

Video games are now the only media that is still designed around males and their tastes,I challenge you to find any tv series or movies without any drama or feminine element.

The shield was supposed to be a "manly" show, now tell me which man want to see autostic sons,unhappy wifes seeking divorce or cops unsure about their sexual orientation.
This is just an example.

Video games already got their market and don't need to use boring things to increase the marketability,this is why you don't have to press "forward" playing grand theft auto vice city or Stalker call of Pripyat.

And as the guys said,video games are mostly for people in their 20s-30s and even 40s, I hightly doubt a 8yrs old kid can move 2000 soldiers and win the alesia battle in Rome total war.

Same here. I got killed by those centipedes in the marsh and said **** it. Did you get the Thief's ring early in the game? It's right on the platform behind Octavio (the first friendly on the first level).

Am the only one here who plays games that are like 10+ years old?? These games like diablo 2, starCraft, civilization etc are from around the time when most of you younguns were learning how to jerk off. I don't have any consoles and just play on the 9 year old PC.

The newer games are way too complicated for me, and I don't have the time to devote to them. Older games are simple and still fun to play to just chill out.

Yeah I got it early in the game...so much help it does since you still need to run into the guys and they can basically demolish you in an instant.

Those slugs are annoying.....I've died so many times in that stupid swamp that I never want to play that game again.
Then all the other levels im at are hard

I have a PS3. The only games I have for it are Red Dead Redemption and NBA 2K11. I also have a very small collection of titles from back when I had a PS2, including Gran Turismo 3 & 4 and the Grand Theft Auto series. There's nothing wrong with middle-aged guys playing video games (don't let psychoanalytical women convince you otherwise) except there's usually barely any time to play.

This idiot aside, I have a 360. I'm enthralled in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (the best platform game I've played in years!).

Of course I go to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, Black Ops (the multiplayer is still challenging), Batman: Arkham Asylum, and Tiger Woods 2011.

I just bought Bulletstorm, review to come. Waiting for Homefront next Tuesday.

I'm more of a PC gamer since the community is more competitive and you can form "clans" and compete other teams.

The only games I play are Starcraft(BW), on occasion sc2.. And also play Counter strike.. Only games I find that are fun and has actual strategy involved.
