So how do you lube the inside? Do you put a couple drops in the reservoir at the tip?

If you're using lube, yea. Keep it in the tip of the condom or put a couple of drops on the head of your wang. The only important place is the head. If you don't go crazy the condom will still "grip" the base of your penis and hold.
