This guy comes on here and runs his mouth about the whole current community supposedly being bad when he hasn't read one Victory Unlimited, Interceptor or Str8up post.

Thats just pathetic and unfair to the great members here and has been done a billion times on a billion different forums when a supposed legendary poster returns and then feels they haven't been getting their allotted god guranteed daily dose of attention.

Then "fingz" goes on to admit he's made a bunch of trolling accounts supposedly to kick the community into shape.

I think that about says it all for lameness on sosuave.

Fingz if you want to be a true hero and legend in this community and turn it all around and live up to the great posts many members look up to you for go read Karma Sutra's thread about mentoring people and then do that.

Running the community down and making a bunch of fake accounts is not going to get anything productive done and is just annoying as sh!t whenever it happens on any forum and I praise any mod vigorously who gets rid of such a poster as soon as they possibly can.

And though this topic is about you turning the page and maybe being a good poster from here on out I sense you may revert back to your old ways when frustrated which is why I have made this post here in hopes that you read it remember it and do not do this.

I used to post under a different name also (CLOONEY), but retired him (my days of "PUA" junk are over) and now only post on very selective topics once in a blue moon!

I agree with some of the posters who are coming down hard on Fingers. When he originally posted this, I kind of rolled my eyes because I've seen many threads over the years where a forum reg gets fed up and tries to save the community single-handedly. I think I even posted my own very, very misguided version of one many years ago.

I'll agree with the guys, Phyzzle and Kontroller, who aren't very happy with Fingers. He is bytching about egos dominating SoSuave nowadays, but he himself is coming off as pretty egotistical when he admits to creating alter ego accounts to "whip the community" into shape. That kind of indicates a god complex I think. He also is ignoring some of the quality posters who are on here now and discrediting them with a thread like this. Sometimes when I get sick of plodding through BS on here, I'll come across one of Victory Unlimited's posts and it will be like walking into an air conditioned room after being outside all afternoon during a hot day in the summer.

But all that doesn't make a difference to me.

I stayed in this weekend and didn't leave my apartment much at all so that my immune system could finally clean itself up. I've needed to rid myself of a cold and a fever I've been carrying for a long time. Staying indoors and out of the 0-degree temperature has already done wonders for how I feel.

Anyway, that has given me a lot of time to play video games and screw around on the Internet. Just for fun, I re-read Fingers' old WMS series tonight. It's the first time I've even looked at it since I was living in my dorm room in college, and I have to say I had no idea how profound of an impact that had on my life until tonight. I had become arrogant I guess as Fingers suggested in allowing myself to think that I kind of just adapted the things he taught, but that series of threads he posted four years ago has probably helped make me the man I am today. It has affected me on all sorts of levels, ranging from how I interact with women, to how I walk and talk. Reading that tonight gave me flashbacks of the days when I was a fast walker :crackup:. Those were some awful times.

So as far as I'm concerned, Fingers can post on multiple accounts, make chastising posts and call out the entire community. Heck, he can even fvck my mom and my girlfriend, both at the same time if it makes him happy. And he will always be OK in my book.

Just a word of advice to Fingz, though. This place ain't all that bad. I'll admit, there are guys here who are doling out advice for the sole purpose of boosting their own egos, but there are also plenty of posters who are here because they genuinely care about their fellow men. And I think you'll find the latter category outweighs the former one. Karma really cares a great deal about giving quality advice. Victory Unlimited's posts are phenomenal. Interceptor is good, and I think STR8UP posts some great things as well, even though he sounds like he might be going through some personal turmoil.

Someone posted a link to a thread where jakethasnake called out the entire forum in a similar fashion. A few years ago, he compared the dwindling quality of SoSuave to the NBA. The NBA is certainly not what it used to be. Back in the day, there were guys like Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Hakeem, David Robinson, etc. And now, the league is known more for selfish kinds of superstars like Kobe, Tracy McGrady, and Gilbert Arenas.

SoSuave has followed the same dynamic. The forum's better days are far in the past, and not every forum regular nowadays is as quality as his post count might indicate. There are plenty of Kobe's and T-Mac's on here, but for every one of them there is a Dwyane Wade or a Steve Nash.

Sorry, I can't resist a good sports metaphor, but I think you get the point I am trying to make.

MikeYikes has a ton of expositional and well thought out prose up there. What is boils down to though is why are we bickering so much about these pseudo-personalities we all have? These are facades and masks we wear in order to allow the various entities inside of us to express themselves and offer opposing viewpoints not only to each other but withIN us. This is a very critical process if you want to explore the motives we all have for the various idiosyncracies we cherish about ourselves and our brothers.

MikeYikes is correct, I do care about you guys. Even though you're intangible (mostly) I have one of the valves in my heart set aside for SoSuave men. Does it make a damned bit of difference if Senor Fingers is Skiptomywhateverthefvckheisrightnow? Not one bit. I think Fingers is exposing one of his personalities by being Don Ronny or other posters. Does it negate the work he's done with WoMS? Hell-fvck-no. It's still one of those books I go back to just to remember how lost I was 3 years ago before I had re-baptised myself as KarmaSutra. Before I was just Scott the newly divorced guy wasting away my days on cable tv and Doritos. Now my days are filled with light anew because I know what I have to do. Some guys like me, some don't. I don't give a sh!t. If I help just one guy jump the fence and get to a better place and build confidence and congruence in himself to become the Uberman he can be then I have exceeded my own progress and have become the man I want to be.

The reason I ask for forgiveness is precisely because I set the bar so high here. A lot of you bros look up to me and regardless of how much I helped, in a way I seriously let you fellas down.

Iqqi made a reference to the Pheonix.. that's exactly how I feel. There are still some chunks of ego in the fire and I must reduce myself to ash if I plan to rise above this.

Mike Yikes mentioned god-complex.. LOL. Guilty as charged. It's hard NOT to feel like God when you apparently see, feel and perceive so much more than the people around you. All my life I've had many gifts, and things that other people struggled with always came easily to me. Though I would never admit the fact, I did get off on it and feel superior.

The only part of my life that I didn't master right away was romance. That's why I became obsessed with this place, and you guys witnessed my transformation, step by step.

I've been reading more posts here the last few days and notice decent people posting some real nuggets of wisdom. But the balance has really swayed. I do see some uplifting posts.. but I've never seen so few in comparison to the negative and feminine behavior that has become commonplace.

I can understand if you been burned.. your angry and bitter and that's natural.. but why are so many of you trying to tear each other down? Most of you think it's cool to be cruel and your lack of social grace not only betrays your shortcomings, but it alienates cool people from participating.

Let's not get things twisted folks. I'm not trying to be Captain Save a Forum here. No one person can single-handedly turn this place around. It has to be a collective effort and I need a lot of you to do as I've done and just drop your pride. Seriously, let it go!

It's been mentioned a few times that I dont need to be here. It's true. I'm a busy dude these days and I wont have time to post as much as I once did. So the fate of SoSuave lies squarely in your hands people.

Having said that, new posts are in the works. I've been getting a few requests via PM, one of them for my life story and another for Fingz in highschool. I look forward to sharing these with you when time permits.

Actually he is doing exactly the opposite by COMING CLEAN. If he was being egotistical he wouldn't tell us any of this stuff. He is being very selfless and lacking an ego doing this as he is basically tainting his reputation. So maybe he was egotisctical once, he definately isn't now, and he is teaching us to be. Right Fingz?

Hell I'll be honest. I've used other acounts. Do I want people to see the guy that found this place and asked "There's this girl I like and she looked at me today, does this means she likes me?". No. They wont take my advice. With each account I'm a new man. I joined as SinJester as far wiser than I've ever been, and with actual real success behind me. I haven't made too many threads in this acount but I've given lots of advice. Most of my threads were trying to advocate discussion, but that doesn't usually work in the HS forum. But I really don't remember my old usernames, maybe one. No point it me revealing them in any case, unless its as an example of my progress though the DJ journey. Hell I'm sure one day I'll look back at my present self and think "Man, what was I thinking!?"

Ever hear of a show called 'I Love New York' where men must compete with one another by means of really stupid 'reality' show challenges in order to win the affections of a wh0re?

Well, women do the same thing in another show entitled 'Rock of Love' with Brett Michaels, the aging frontman of a long forgotten 80's band who has a love for cheap, slutty women and f@ggy looking bandannas.

Sheeit, 4 years after I write posts and people are still sending thank you letters. Guess my egomaniacal ramblings actually made a difference in their lives. I think you're right, but that section isn't meant to be taken literally. Too many guys come on here wanting a manual or a how-to guide on how to build attraction. The truth is, that kind of thing doesn't exist. There is no step-by-step guide to having a conversation with a girl. It's like you said, it's all about calibrating yourself and learning what works best for you.

It's my experience that negging and C+F doesn't work well if you're a good looking guy. You just kind of come off as a dikk. If you're an attractive guy, it's best to have a playful thin layer of ****iness and kind of play "the good guy with an edge" role.

To answer your question: yes, I still stand by my words.

If that field report proved anything, it's that women will let you get away with a lot if they are already attracted. We all burn so much energy trying to please them but most of the time their minds are made up and you can tap that simply by not fukking up. Thing is, when you are borderline assh0le like I was, you attract some bad elements.. that chick turned out to be a total psycho.. surprise, surprise.

As far as the dating thread, I stated numerous times that I'd make an exception for a lady. If I'd taken every one of my hoes out for a traditional "date", I would have been financially ruined long ago. What is so hard to understand about that?
