So I know this guy. Let's call him Jerry. He's a little younger than me; we didn't grow up together, but one of my younger friends from mma grew up with him in the same trailer park. My buddy is a legit fighter, and always said Jerry was a pvssy for their entire childhood, always the first to run home crying to mama.

Jerry grows up to be a big, bearded fat guy who rides Harleys. People think he's a tough guy. His sister is a best friend of a girl I dated, so I constantly heard stories about what a badass Jerry was. Basically, he knocked out a couple of sorry drunks a time or two. People really think he's a fearsome fighter, because people are stupid. I tried to tell that girl that he was a pvssy years ago, but she would hear none of it.

Jerry isn't good with girls; he never dates. Then one year, a Harley momma moves to town, and they start dating. She is five years older than him. She looks good in makeup, but I can see past that. She's a single mom with two kids. She romances Jerry, and then - surprise! - gets knocked up with his kid, so he marries her, head over heels in love the whole time.

I always said the girl was trashy, which makes me sound stuck up, but hell, it's true. The house they live in now is overrun by roaches, but they are too stupid or lazy to fix the problem.

Jerry and his big sister are close. I have never known them to argue. But just lately, Harley Momma has decided she doesn't like his sister. Out of nowhere, for no particular reason, she told Jerry that he was going to get on the phone right now and call his sister to "straighten her out." She told him to do that right now or she was leaving him.

The right choice at that moment would have been to point at the door and invite her to use it, I don't care if she has your kid or not. But of course that's not what he did, because Jerry the big tough Harley guy is really just a pvssy. He called his own sister to yell at her for nothing, just because his trashy cvnt of a wife bullied him into it.

Jerry is the type of guy that you'd be a little scared of if you saw him at a biker bar. But having known him, it really reinforces the idea to me that appearances are deceptive. Some guy who looks tough might be a little girl on the inside. You cannot judge a person's toughness easily. Stereotypes will mislead you. And any man who gets bullied by the woman in his life has a lot to learn about being a man.

I have seen tons of cases where a man who once loved his parents and siblings before marriage suddenly starts listening to his wife, turns and acts against, and starts hating parents and siblings after marriage. It's a complete U turn. There's a magic in a woman's vagina. Such men are very weak and do not have a personality of their own.

Yup throughout history in plays, literature, and opera the message has been that the man who listens to his womans advice over his own counsel gets farked.
Recent literature has become about stupid men needing clever emotional women to save them. Anyone ever watched, simpsons, family guy, or american dad just to name a few. We all know sitcoms where the dads are kind of stupid and well-meaning.
How often now are we seeing warrior women in movies or cartoons. Female ghostbusters anyone?
A sitcom where the women are dunb and emotional and need calm, logical, hardworking men to save them. Nope, too misogynistic.

Love this thread, been seeing this all my life with other males and I've also noticed how the guys with the beards are usually like the Jerry's you've described. To me they all fall under the below category.

It's easy to tell who's tough. Guys who don't boast and are quite are 99% of the time the mother fvckers that don't play. The plain clothes guys. All the bad mofos I knew you'd never guess would be big gangsters, killers, ex military, etc.

As far as being whipped goes, I've just always done my own thing. If a guy is that desperate he needs to re evaluate his life and priorities, simple as that.

Ppl today have a skewed sense of what "alpha" or "tough" actually is and the PU community is among the worst to perpetuate this nonsense. Someone mentioned John Cena the other day on here as what might be the ideal alpha. Really, how many special forces operators do you see looking like John Cena? I think the average Navy Seal is around 5'9" and 175lbs and most with a brain would consider a special forces operator vastly more "alpha", than someone who gets paid to entertain grown men who vicariously live out there virtuous fantasies through the entertainer. It's the same thing with pulling pvssy for fun, video games, sports, etc. It's just a pacifier of metaphorical virtue to suppress the true tactical virtues so the state, big corporations and feminists can further their agendas. It's all a charade!

Not true. You wouldn’t be able to tell that my father’s been through several holocausts just by looking at him. It’s when he pulls his mouth aside and shows you his teeth, or tells you some stories that no regular person could ever come up with on their own. That’s when you know. In a sense. The protectors of perimeters typically... Combatants, warriors, soldiers, etc are who represents alpha virtue in the purest sense. There are only 4 pure tactical alpha virtues of men. Strength, honor (as in trusting the man next to you in combat scenarios), mastery and courage. The rest of this bvll**** is metaphorical and would not exist without the first 4. Ppl say things like... Oh, treating others with dignity, honesty and fairness is alpha and metaphorically, to you it may be, but tell that to King Titus after Romulus stole their wives. As much as we like to call the 911 hijackers cowards, they displayed no less alpha virtue, than the flight 93 passengers. It was just expressed by groups of different religions and beliefs.

your inference is incorrect. im not talking about judging a persons experiences with how they look.

im talking about being able to tell whether a guy you dont really know can handle himself despite how big and bad he may appear or how small he is and what he might potentially be capable of

I don’t know man, I’ve seen on cameras how my father becomes a totally different guy when he’s at work and confronting somebody. He’s a lot older now but I’ve still seen him intimidate guys much bigger and stronger than him. My own brother has Moreno of a fair cherub type of face too with relaxed eyes but he still won’t take crap from people unless he will do something to absolutely weird them tf out. I’m telling you, the toughest people you’d never be able to guess. Only your ‘tougher than average’ tough guys.

take a war veteran for example. you think he was the quiet reserved type when hes in theatre, in a combat envrionment? pretty sure soldiers/marines are trained to be anything BUT quiet.

The thing with being loud about it and telling everyone that your tough is that you come off like how RichardTheFrog does. It’s like you want people’s approval of you, that you WANT them to think that you are tough. Why? Why do you need someone to tell you that you are? Because of what you went through? The people who’ve been through the most (and subsequently tend to be the toughest people) don’t go out talking like they are. It’s a state of being. Mike Tyson’s face doesn’t look as scary as Nick Diaz but boy oh boy, you bet your ass that I’d much rather be in the ring with Nick rather than Tyson. Plus, Iron Mike is actually a cool guy, but then when you see him on an interview where someone messes with him a bit or talks to him about something bothersome, you can tell that he is fighting the urge to beat their ass. Diaz still isn’t tough as a guy like Mike. Not buying it.

Tyson had one of the loudest mouths in the history of the sport. The Diaz Bros chit talking is nowhere near the level of Tyson's. Nor Ali's, who is probably more widely known for it than anyone in the fight game. Tyson talked about eating opponents children and how opponents would cry and wince like little girls, when he gut punched them. Being verbally loud is an actual taught tactic in combat training. The kiai in martial arts, soldiers yelling when charging, American Indian battle cries, etc. For one, to intimidate your opponent and meditation taught in martial arts is to build your internal ki (power from within/core/gut) and translating and expressing that power via strikes and the verbal kiai.
