I agree about the excessive complaining
Also supposedly venting doesn’t decrease anger it may actually perpetuate it. I need to dive into the research to confirm this
This carries with it the same deleterious effects as Primal Scream Therapy

Tread carefully and check the methods in the studies you use for your research.

Our stance on complaining("Our choices are between never expressing our displeasure or acting out like rabid chimpanzees. There's no way to operate, outside of those two extremes")is similar the false binary our entire culture has regarding anger
15:00-18:12

Quote: "According to anger scholar Charles Spielberger, anger is expressed in at least three ways. It may be directed outward, toward other people or objects in the environment. You might feel like yelling, screaming, punching a person, smashing or destroying something, or throwing a chair or book across the room.3 These are destructive expressions of anger. What makes them destructive is that instead of solving the problem, they usually escalate the situation and make the problem worse. A recent study showed that, contrary to popular belief, venting anger through physical aggression, such as by punching a bag or pillow, did not decrease anger but actually increased aggressive behavior.

Anger may also be directed inward, such as through holding in or suppressing angry feelings. This mode of expression can also be destructive, for if anger is not allowed some form of constructive external expression, it can increase the risks of high blood pressure, depression, suicide, gastrointestinal problems, and drug or alcohol use. Unexpressed anger can also lead to other problems such as passive-aggressive behavior (getting back at people indirectly, without telling them why, rather than confronting them head-on), a hostile and cynical way of dealing with others, and increased use of put-downs and criticism. Obviously, such behavior doesn't promote harmonious relationships with others.

A third mode of anger expression is the control of anger. Pop psychology ideas used to promote the philosophy of "let it all hang out." During its heyday, this damaging approach led many clinicians and others to recommend that people communicate their anger just to get it off their chest. But research has shown that far from solving problems, unbridled expression of anger makes matters worse. Not only does it escalate anger and threaten relationships, it also places one's physical health at risk. It is wise to control or manage the expression of anger in constructive ways.

Controlling anger doesn't mean ignoring the emotion. Instead, it involves first calming oneself so that one's anger can be used to achieve constructive ends, such as solving problems and restoring emotional connections with others. Proper control of anger reduces the risk of violence toward others as well as physiological harm to oneself.

As much as we like horses, few of us would be willing to ride one without a bridle. There are literally hundreds of different kinds of bridles but the major purpose is the same: to get the horse to do what we want it to do.

Using a bridle doesn't deny that the horse exists, nor does it mean that the horse is a bad animal. Quite the contrary. Bridles allow us to manage and guide the horse to accomplish our purposes, like packing deep into a mountain wilderness.

Anger is like an unbridled horse. Unless we govern it, we are at its mercy. The consequences of unbridled anger aren't the ones we really want"

Complaining is similar. Unless we get ahold of the manner in which we do it, and the frequency with which we indulge, this s-it harms us more than it does whoever and whatever it is we're not thrilled with

Complaining is not masculine behavior. If a man is in a situation that is not making him happy... well, a man should change the situation. If the ramification of leaving is 'too hard' or potentially damaging... then a man should suck it up and drive on.... while continuing to work to change his situation.

Here is the cold hard truth about being a man... society doesn't give a flying fvck about you... women will continue to work to get as much as they can with minimal effort: other men are more than happy to kick you when you are down and are secretly delighted in your suffering wondering how they can take advantage of your misfortune. If you are in a relationship with a woman... there are at least 3 dudes ready to steal your ride.

As Seneca once said, "All cruelty springs from weakness".

The following

Contains a passage which stresses the imperativeness of getting clients to identify what they want, ask themselves if such desires are practical, then crafting/executing strategies to achieve these goals, as opposed to droning on endlessly about all the things they find objectionable

Despite being written for clinicians, this is invaluable counsel for ALL of us

*Claps*

This post right here separates the boys from the men.

I think people have to remember there are guys winning with women every day who have never read a game post or even heard about the redpill

There are men winning every day in business

There are men winning every day following the laws and decrees of the most high

You don't win overnight, even King David in the bible was vegabond before he took the throne of Israel!

Hell, many are winning every day while NOT upholding the very laws they took an oath to. Check out how often each year cops and prosecutors are actually penalized for stretching the facts to fit their cases, or colluding with criminals outright

The best advice I can give any man is to study Stoic philosophy. Start with reading Epictetus, "Discourses of Epictetus", or if you prefer a fictionalized summary of this philosophy, which is a lot more entertaining... read "A Man in Full" by Tom Wolfe. Don't bother with the Netflix miniseries, just released last month, on the book since that presentation was garbage.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Albert Ellis and AT Beck(The godfathers of CBT)both cited The Stoics as "The First Cognitive Behavioral Therapists"

I understand the frustration with dating because it can be challenging and is meant to be a journey filled with highs and lows. What is annoying, however, is hearing men complain about trivial matters that are unlikely to change or could easily be replaced with other concerns, and it seems to be getting worse. At the end of the day, we are all pursuing the same women, whether it's at a university, bar, online dating platform, grocery store, mall, or elsewhere—and someone is fvcking them. If you genuinely believe that altering the world to the extent that it negatively affects civil rights, civil liberties, life expectancy, overall health, national and international stability, and peace is the solution to your female problems, then there's a serious problem at hand. You are not struggling because of 'Chad & Tyrone,' Instagram, Tinder, Joe Biden, Feminism, TikTok, or any other external factors. You are struggling because your attitude and demeanor is akin to fresh dog shvt in the summer sun. My advice? Take a six-month hiatus from dating and any content related to the 'manosphere' on the internet to recalibrate your mindset.
And many "modern problems" are really more chronic*

Than the catechisms of Red Pill Theology have led us to believe

*Chronic, and perhaps not curable, though reducing them to the degree that it's humanly possible IS a goal worthy of pursuit

it won't surprise me if this continues to get worse

It's a sure bet that(If they haven't done so yet)card carrying Red Pillers will soon be emulating their alleged enemies-The Woke Left-yet again, by calling for performances of The Bard's work to be altered, so as not to depict events which run contrary to the tenets of THEIR theology

Examples:

-All portions of MacBeth in which he succumbs to Lady MacBeth's cajoling have to be excised, and the play itself must be rewritten, so as to have The Usurper concoct all his plots singlehandedly, without the influence of a woman. Why, you ask? Well, because MacBeth in it's original form promotes The Blue Pill Agenda, by showing an Alpha Male be reduced to Cuckdom, by a character who's essentially a forerunner of Feminism

-Romeo now has declare himself MGTOW in the second act of R&J, rather than commit suicide, over a b-tch he barely knows, and his only bedded once. As it stands, this damned play has been indoctrinating our entire species with Gynoncentrism for centuries now, and such blasphemy must finally end!!!

-Troilus has to recognize, out loud to the audience, that he's in the grip Oneitiss. Then declare that he won't be risking death by sneaking into The Acheans's camp to visit Cressida, because he's Red Pill now, and doing so would just uphold The Feminine Primary Social Order
