To the Women on the Forum

Why are you here?

From a purely academic perspective. What made you, as women, search out and sign up for (in general, or this particular) male-centric dating-and-seduction forum?

I'm not trying to deliberately start arguments here. I just want to know why you came, why you stayed, and what your life circumstances are that feed into the answers to both those questions.

well, all I know is this forum needs more of them (not the lesbian kind, the straight ones).

Alot of guys on here want to improve themselves with women. Knowing the woman's point of view on things will certainly help a man improve himself in this area. So therefore, having female posters are invaluable, becuase they are the experts on the female point of view, not men. Theyre the experts because they are women, they would know.

I say bring more of them in here, alot of guys on here need help bad, and are clueless as to understanding women. Asking another clueless guy for advice is no help, which I see alot going on in this forum.

I actually disagree with this idea, pretty strongly.

If you understand women very well you quickly learn that women are HORRIBLE at giving romantic or relationship advice.

A lot of them say things like "Buy her flowers" or "Go apologize to her" or "Be nice" or "Just be yourself" or what not.

This is a prescription for how women WANT guys to act, precisely so that THEY (the women) can be SELECTIVE and CHOOSE which guys to sleep with...

(rather than guys coming in and CHOOSING which fit birds they will sleep with).

I'm not saying the women on this forum have given bad advice like the above -- I honestly haven't been paying attention or seen them give any advice. I don't even know which regular posters are women.

I'm just saying, IN GENERAL, women will give romance and even sexual advice that keeps the power squarely in their own court -- and this is frequently deadly to attraction and seduction.

I agree 100 percent. No offense to the nice lady who comes on this fourm....BUT...women should be BANNED from this forum. If women were allowed here they would LEAD so many of us astray. They would say all sorts of things. Like "we like nice guys" "I don't like athletes that much" "I don't care how much money he makes" "It's all about personality" LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These are all LIES.

Thank you for stereo typing women on how they give advice. Not all women give false advice, not all women would even give that kind of lame advice.

Your forgetting about the women who tell it like it is. And wont be afraid to tell you that you failed becuase your too short or becuase women dont like guys with small d1cks. Its these women who give yo the brutal but true female perspective that are invaluable.

You see, there are women who give bad advice, and there are women who give the good advice. Same with men, there are men who give good advice, and men who give bad advice.

Your pointing to an example of a woman giving bad advice, and then using it to justify why a man gives better advice. But what if they guy is giving bad advice? I noticed you didnt say anything about that.

The women who give the brutal true female point of view are far greater of value than the men who give good advice.

Your acting like women are the only ones who can give bad advice, and when they do give good advice, it will never compare to a man who is giving good advice. So far from the truth.

First off, it amuses me to see that the first dozen posts on this thread are by men. But no worries.

Why am I here? Honestly, by accident. I was at some other website (don't remember rightly now...) and it had a link to sosuave. I poked around, read quite a few of the articles, agreed with some parts, disagreed with others, and shook my head at some peoples' attempts at rationalizing how women think/feel/etc. Later, I poked back again and checked out the forum. Admittedly, at first I just read as a lurker because the content greatly amused me, but often I'd read a thread topic that generalized women by saying "All women are ___" or "Women want ___" or etc etc, and I'd think, "Hey, I'm not!" So I figured "what the heck?" and got an account.

However, I never try to mislead anyone with bad/fake advice. I consider myself an honest person and fair when passing judgement. Also, I'm not one of those prissy, gossipy girly girls, which impacts my opinions and advice, and different than what this forum probably envisions as a "standard woman". For example, (as many of you may know), my boyfriend (bless him), is a native Asian, 3-4 inches shorter than me, and really doesn't have much money. I'm no blonde jersey-chaser. ^_~

And I would NEVER say that women just want a "nice guy".

So I guess I'm here out of pure chance, amusement, and (although my advice and opinions should never be taken as a representation of ALL women) to throw some thoughts out there to show that not all women are golddiggers, wh0res, b1tches, muscle munchers, back stabbers, etc.

Hahaha! Any time I spend on the net certainly isn't "precious". I suppose it does seem weird, a woman reading a male-oriented forum...on another note, it really is interesting to see how some men out there think, what confuses them about women, and how their thought process differs from mine. But don't worry, this isn't a science experiment or anything like that.

There are women out there who are stupid little ho's that are trying to act like Paris Hilton for no other reason than they are female. There are also women out there who are decent, classy and deserve flowers now and then. :flowers: Hopefully I can help you figure out which you have on your hands.

I meant how a certain population of men think, not the entire population on a whole. It's my general belief that the people who rely on such websites for ALL the advice they receive really aren't ready/prepared for/adept at acheiving the goal in real life--in this case, success with women. Naturally not all men will contemplate women and relationships like some of the people on this forum, to assume so would be ludicrous.
