Its the economy stupid

This site has always been about getting women. That is a fact.

Part of that equation is improving yourself. Hence, the posts about becoming a better man.

Part of that equation is knowing how to romance women. Because women (and some guys obviously) need romance.

Part of that equation is ... you should know the rest of the list.

It is not (or at least should not become) a pop-psychology self-help board. There are lots of other places to go for that.

It is not (or should not become) a meaning-of-life philosophy board or a Literature Composition 101 board.

It is not your daily personal journal board where we learn about how your day was.

It is not Debating 101 where argument and flaming is the stated purpose.

It is, however, a totally open forum. Only the mods and Allen can stop people from posting here.

But why can't we just stay on topic and benefit from the site in the manner it was originally intended for.

im honestly bamboozled of all this talk of late, its as if ive entered the twilight zone and the exact same sh!t i thought i had escaped from when i found this place , is now common topics and train of thought here.

I totally agree. Every guy on here lately is a super sensitive, lets listen to the ladies type of guy. They make me sick. Where are the men with balls? Where are the guys saying make up your own rules, live life according to your wants needs desires? The whole kill em with romance philosophy is stupid. It just flat out doesnt work in reality. You can be romantic all you want but see where that gets you. I'd rather do what works than live some fantasy

I reject the premise that love is a need. I dont need to love, aside from loving myself. If I love me thats all I really need to make it through life, because getting love from someone else is not guaranteed. Just because a woman tells me she loves me today doesn't mean she will remember those words tomorrow.

Who said screwing lots of women is hollow? I connect with most of the women I screw. I just keep moving forward, I think of all of them as friends, as intmate acquaintances with whom I've shared the ultimate dance and good times. I love running into chicks I used to bone, we both know what we shared and we both appreciate it and remember the good times. We just kept moving forward and didnt stop to look back. Life is short, too short to "look" for "love". If I find it cool fine, if not oh well life goes on and I Keep moving forward.

Does anybody find that a person who refers to themselves like this weird?

This site i believe was intended for people looking to find romance and who were frustrated by what things have BECOME.

It's funny - but I've read the bible - and I did not pick up that fact that it was trying to help me find romance - in fact I found no real thread of romance in it.

My opinion is that it is all about finding women - hooking up with women - being successful with women. You can take from it what you will - but it's about self improvement - confidence, being the MAN - not an AFC.

Being romantic is all well and good AFTER you've won the girl.

Yes it's true. Look at the current state of things. Marriage is such a gamble, your better off buying a lottery ticket. Single mommies have become the rule rather than the exception. Film and music, have become crap, with emphasis placed on gloss rather than substance (there isn't any btw don't bother trying to find it, just look at the attractive face). Morals, the staple of western civilization and all that it entails have dissappeared. Instead hedonism and instant gratification have become religion. Everyones become self-centered and occupied with stealing your g/f, doing M.i.l.f's, trying to fufill the hype hollywood has fed us, and whatever else they do to contribute to societys downfall.

Are you kidding. Civilization has always been this way. I love it when people say todays world is much worse than how it was. Do you really think instant gratification is a new thing? It's human nature. Do you think fvcked up marrages is anything new? The difference is, that it's easier to get a divorce now - previously people just lived their lives very unhappily.

Love exists for a reason (to avoid the void you all feel, wether you admit it or not). I think it's cool that you're cool with the girls you used to bone. That means that your seductions aren't malicious in intent, and that they produced mutual good things for the both of you. But sometimes, ****ing around is just a hollow experience. Not for me most of the time, but the exploits I was talking about, like, none of them were girlfriend material, and that goes for a lot of guys who just wanna get around. I guess there's nothing wrong with that, but there's more, and so if you do get around, you should make sure that there's no malice involved in your seductions for the benefit of both people involved.

I personally think this site started to go downhill when we lost posters like Rktek, echo1212, star man, playa supreme and such. Echo I know was banned for some odd reason. They may not have always agreed with each other, but as older djs they brought a sense of wisdom and maturity to the forum that is sorely lacking now.

All it is now is how to get laid as quickly as possible, or posts from guys so young and inexperienced they have to ask whether its ok to go pee while their taking a dump. Its really ridiculous. if you ache for some good advice from some older guys, read posts from the above mentioned and go from there.
