Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

For his sake, I hope soHis work is getting laid, and he is probably going ball deeps right now lmao /s
I totally agree with this, having your own spot, even with a roommate, is very freeing. A lot of OP's issues with women stem from the fact that he doesn't have his own place. I get it, he's saving tons of dough doing it. However, once you get to a certain age (usually 30+) to a lot of women, this is going to be a turn-off and hamper your ability to keep around hot or quality women long term. An average or subpar woman won't mind, but let's be real, that's not what OP wantsYou give off the vibes of the guy who lives at home because of your age, and where you’re hanging out. It’s not like it’s thanksgiving and you’re home seeing college buddies hitting the old spots. You need to get your life together.
Unfortunately not. Date went well. We messed around a little in the car and I thought she was going to invite me in but she said she wanted to "make me wait". She enjoyed herself and wants to see me again tonight. His work is getting laid, and he is probably going ball deeps right now lmao /s
You can go back to not helping. It's what you were doing before and I certainly did not miss you.For his sake, I hope so
Yep, I understand and agree. Just working with what I've got since I don't want the time between now and $30k to move out to be one massive dry spell.I totally agree with this, having your own spot, even with a roommate, is very freeing. In regards to college game speaking from personal experience going to bars/clubs are a waste of time. Yes you can pull of a ONS but honestly the effort isn't worth it. Yes OP is ripped but college game is all about proximity, social circle, and who is who for the most part. You need to find a connect i.e. fraternity guy or party promotor etc,. Who can get you in exclusive parties and events. I'm not keyboard jockeying here as I have done this myself when I was 30.
In my opinion, OP you would be better of saving 30K minimum and moving. The older you get the more living at home will be a strike against you.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I think the age where women start judging you negatively for living with your parents is closer to 25 than it is to 30.A lot of OP's issues with women stem from the fact that he doesn't have his own place.

Yes, it is. There's even a certain point where women judge a man negatively for having a roommate.having your own spot, even with a roommate, is very freeing.
