This happened tonight....

so im sitting at the train station waiting for my train after work. hb8 walks by and i look at her a little bit too long because shes attractive, then go back to my iphone. she then walks by and sits next too me, doesnt say a word. a minute or so goes by and we get this cool gust of wind. i look at her and i say it feels real good. she says it does also. ok, ice broken, i make a comment about her hair blowing and we talk about her hair for a bit, turns out shes a hair dresser. she works nearby and i say that i have walked past it on my way to work. we talk about our jobs, blah blah....then we talk about our cities from which we commute from and cool bars nearby and such....we both grew up here, she says shes 26 and she likes dive bars. she then says her boyfriend plays at dive bars yadda yadda. i keep my cool cuz i dont really care, i keep on talking about the area here and the people and what not. theres eye contact for days but not physical touching so im thinking shes just being friendly. shes on her way home as am i. so in the midst of all this she gives me her business card and says i should come by and get my hair cut because she does men as well. i told her my hair is already short but she says she can do something a little different with it, whatever. our train comes and she says it was nice talking to me, asks my name and offers me her hand to shake. good enough, i put my ear phones back on and we part ways.
the bf thing is an obvious flag, but other than that it was a cool little convo. we smiled a lot, strong eye contact. so maybe thats just what life is suppossed to be like when two attractive people meet.:rock:

I wonder if she chose to sit next to you because she found you attractive or was there no other place to sit down for her at the train station, but anyway, sounds like an attention ***** especially since she has a boyfriend already, I would feel like I wasted my breath talking to a woman like that and then during conversation she mentions the word "boyfriend", that would be a waste of time for me

There were plenty of places to sit or stand to wait for the train....and she actually offered her business card so I'm thinking she found me intriguing to say the least. Asked about my job and if there's progression with it or just a dead end deal. So the comment about supporting her bf makes more sense now....

so she makes more money than her boyfriend does? if that is true, well then that is inspiring since i'm working a grocery store job at the moment

Maybe she's thinking about trading up though. Look closer. And if he's in a band yea that's attractive to girls but if he's going nowhere and mooching off her she may be sick of it. Who knows. Stop and talk to her.

Also a strong possibility. If you see her again you'll have to quickly figure out if this is the case.

Ok....I'm sure ill be bored enough one of these days to stop in casually as I go about my weekend....but what to say or what to do? Since I'm outcome independent cuz ill probably be out looking for other women to talk with ill be happy, but I do need some type of plan....any advice? She's seriously attractive and takes care of her looks so I'm gonna try to not comment on those but and I don't want to pay her for a hair cut....and now that I'm thinking about it, I'm thinking like a chump because there are plenty of others who are willing to make this process easier on me.

Sideways- from past experiences in similar situations, I'd say she isn't super happy with her boyfriend. He is probably out doing gigs 2nights a week and hanging out with his band the rest of the time. The thought of ending it with him has crossed her mind.

She's attracted and has some sort of interest in you other than cutting your hair. She probably wants you as her next branch to swing to.

I'd try to stay a blip on her radar and nothing more for the time being.
