She hasn't called me back. I am having a urge to call her again but I'm forcing myself not too. Is she playing mind games or what? I'm thinking of not calling but then who's to know if she'll call me again. Should I just keep fighting it and not call her or do I just wait another day or two to call again? Whenever possible, AVOID telling a woman to call you. They usually won't do it
If you already tried calling her once, then she knows you're not just being an assh0le who won't call. Wait at least a week before trying again. And look for more chicks in the meantime.

Yeah, next time tell her that you'll call her, keep the ball in your court. Otherwise you'll be like you are; waiting for her call, which gives her the upper hand.

At least I learned something today... The reason I told her to call me is so that I don't look bad when I end up not calling her. But you guys are right. Just like how I'm the one who asks for her number (not give my number) I will be in control when I say "I'll call you tomorrow" or something.

Experienced PUA's have a thing that sets them aside from AFC's - PATIENCE. By jumping the gun, you have set yourself up for disappointment. Here's my advice: DON'T DO THAT!! Grow a pair and learn to wait it out. Right now you're in bad shape by telling her this and furthermore, when she gave you the message that she wasn't into you by not calling you back - YOU WENT AHEAD AND CALLED HER. That was begging, a no nonsense tactic toward ending things between the two of you. Dude, it's game over - find another one.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.
