I would say for some people milk is fine, for most(including me :/) not. If it doesnt work for others that doesnt mean you shouldn't do it. but hopefully lactose free products will be more common and cheaper in the future.

My reply to your thread got deleted, too. The sosuave server was down, and also my great thread about sh1tting got deleted by a mod who obviously knows nothing about real bulking and its problems! It's so boring to write things twice, so i keep it short. FIrstly i made a c+f comment that i'm about to eat an oily pizza(was indeed yummy!). then i made an understanding comment that i can imagine how hard cutting is, which hopefully establishes a rapport, so that i could go on that your post was really motivating and that i will be glad when i will have a similar average life as you;) . But sadly i kinda doubt my success(and knowing you need the right mindset to achieve your goals makes me even more hopeless lol), b/c i made a big step backwards. i tried so hard but did fail b/c everytime there seems to be a new obstacle in my way. now my patience is nearly non-existant b/c i want success NOW!

cheers:eek:

edit:i like the new pics, but i have to ask you the same Q as solid, what exactly is so ug with your chest?

Thanks for explaining how you gamed me in your post. The C+F was very fun... if someone did that to me in real life I would punch him in the face right now, I'm grumpy! =)

I'm hoping for the lactose free variant as well. I've heard it was bad for cutting, the milk sugar, but I may be wrong.

What didn't work out for you? what step back did you do? What's your obstacles? If you want I'll try to help you and give some tips if I can.

Sazuki: Thanks man, then half a litre it is.

If you can find some biological milk try that out, barely tastes different an you wont have to swallow those anti-biotics. I am no vegetarian new age hippy when it comes to dieting, but normal milk I defenitely wont drink again.
I'm the same as you, I don't feel lactose is hindering, so drinking some will probably not hinder anything... ordinary skim milk is good right? I use low fat milk.... 5 g off fat per litre.

=) well it depends, when I get a little more cut up I will stop, if I planned it right then 8-10 weeks. How's your own cutting?

Fair enough. I only get my advice from dieticians and neutritionalists. But every man to his own.

"Dieticians" are also famous for advising .5g protein per kilogram of bodyweight. How many guys do you know that built big (and lean) physiques on such low protein?

As for milk being "like the plague", that suggests to me your trainer considers it impossible to cut if you're consuming milk. Such a position is empirically, logically and theoretically insane.

Well, mine never advised that. And he is the dietician (however u spell it, I dont really care), that advises for some of the best athletes on the planet. He advises for the AIS in Australia, which produces, per capita, more medal winners and world champions, than any other sports training facility in the world.

As far as the plague. Maybe that is too stronger word. But I was certainly, strongly, recommended not to use milk in my diet when cutting.

I was wondering a thing... when I get back from training I have three shakes off whey and then I usually crash to sleep for about three hours.. I sleep fantastic... I was thinking as there's a three hour window off anabolic state... and then I get to sleep and release some hormones that build up the body. Is this good? There are carbs in the drink that's why I'm asking because I don't want them to turn to fat.
