After motivating several people in my life to improve their bodies, including my dad who has been working out with me on a consistent basis for the past year and losing 30lbs, I decided to make this post. I've seen the difference in people's lives and I want to get involved in this group project together.

I have been discussing with Supreme about a new challenge for everybody here. It's called the Next 15 weeks of your lives because starting with Monday September 1st, for 15 weeks, we will all aim to transform our bodies and achieve our goals.

Yes, I know BB.com exists for this exactly for this purpose, but this is a smaller community and easier to motivate each other as well as keep track of each other's progress.

I plan to make weekly podcasts and post them up every Saturday. I will give you the routine for the following week in them, along with a few tips designed for different individuals on here. If you will have questions how to attain a specific goal, I will address them in the next week's show along with a solution.

I will be getting my routines from a friend who is training to become Mr Canada 2009.

I want you guys to make SPECIFIC plans and GOALS for what you want to achieve. If you want to gain muscle, keep in mind 1-2lbs per week of muscle gaining is the maximum you will be able to attain. If you want to lose, also keep it realistic as you want to make goals that you can actually ATTAIN.

I will give detailed instructions in TOMORROW'S podcast about what your first week's routine is. Look out in the podcasts forum.

To participate in this competition/transformation, reply with the following information:

1) Your height:

2) Your weight:

3) Your age:

4) YOUR GOALS: How much weight you want to gain or lose.

5) A picture of yourself relaxed before your work out. Absolutely nothing flexed, no abs, nothing. This will be our benchmark.

LET THE SHOW BEGIN!

What does your daily diet look like metaphysical? List off everything that went into your mouth for the past 2-3 days.

Im sorry but that "20 minutes on continuous running until your body burns fat" is a myth.

What if I ran for 19 minutes and 59 seconds? Then are you going to say that I burned no fat at all?

Your body always uses a combination of fat and carbs during exercise, and it takes much longer than 20 minutes before fat becomes the primary source of energy during your exercise.

Sorry to burst your bubble, I think what your doing for the members is pretty awesome, I just think that 20 minute rule is crap.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

But if you don't eat much carbs to begin with, then doesnt, when you run, you will have to burn fat??

That sentence was put together wierd.

Im guessing your saying if you dont eat carbs before a workout you will burn fat.

Yes that true, thats the point of a low-carb diet, fat becomes the primary source of fuel because there arnt any carbs to burn in the first place.

But saying that after 20 mins you start burning fat is wrong, like I said above, a combo of carbs + fat are used, then after X number of minutes, fat becomes your main source of energy your body has to burn

while I don't agree with some of the methods and routines, the principles are there: get active, do compound lifts, do your cardio, goal setting, and eat eat eat.

It's be easy to rip holes in what I hear in the podcasts, but for any beginner or someone new to the active lifestyle, it will yield results.

Stickied until further notice.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Quicksilver, I plan to take it to the next level very soon. Right now I'm just building it up. Like I said, there is going to be a very intense routine that starts in about 2 weeks from now. Until then I just want to take things gradually.

Hell ok then.
This forum has gone a bit to **** lately so I might contribute to this if I remember.

1) Your height: 5"9.5

2) Your weight: 168

3) Your age: 19

4) YOUR GOALS: Get to a STRONGER 76kg than I am now.

5) A picture of yourself relaxed before your work out. Absolutely nothing flexed, no abs, nothing. This will be our benchmark. - No pics yet, don't have a camera.
