Yes, she most likely has some kind of an agenda.
Back when I was 19, I had a 30ish married coworker do the same thing. Got some good bangs, but it was a foolish thing for me to do.
She wanted the management job I was training for, and was trying to get me attached, then dump me, to get me to quit.

Sex isnt as important for the woman as most people think. She has sex with him to get other stuff from him that are valuable (money, image, status, children) Once she has these items, she no longer has use for him. If she has an agenda, she is not going to stick around for "good sex." She can easily get that anywhere, especially if she looks good. Her AGENDA is what drives her.
